Tried to order my sub the same way I order my subs for the last 10 years. The same way with consistency and service. Being in another country I would expect the same service at the very least. Wasn’t the case here. He was very rude and wouldn’t allow me to order my sub the way I wanted. I always get extras added on a certain bread in a certain way to make the perfect sub. Some employees are intrigued learning something new and wanting to try it themselves. This guy made it difficult to accomplish this process of my request. It was like he was going to fix it the way he wanted throwing customer service out the window. Sad thing is I was in town driving an artist for the concert across the street. I made sure to advise everyone on tour in a group text not to visit subway across the street due to lack of customer service.

The lady who worked there was very rude. Very poor customer service. She talks to people with a disrespectful tone of voice especially elderly. I did not even get my order because of how she sounded. I told her to cancel it and walked out. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend going there.
Very disappointed by the service there, I usually never have a problem, but they hired a new guy and he refused to give me the items I asked for on my sub.

was not happy with the experience I recently had with my coupon order, I had 3 coupons which allowed you to buy a 12 inch sub and get one the same size for free and was told it was fine and I was able to do that, well I wasn't happy when I was told that my total for 6 12 inch subs, 3 I was paying for and 3 that were supposed to be free my total was almost $51 and it was $17 for each so I took my subs paid for them and left even though I wasn't happy about the total
