Very pleasant coming in - would I order here again, no.
I ordered all the veggies on my sub, but what I got was none and a massive amount to bread to anything ratio. Because it was a mobile order and I refused to tip in advance, nevermind that subway is NOT a tip-able job. There is a requirement make the sandwich, period. We added a chocolate milk after the fact and the prompt wanted a 20% tip for us to take our own chocolate milk from the cooler? Tipping is out of control and needs to be removed if your employees are going to tank your franchise because they refuse to do the basic requirements of the job.

There’s a regular filipina lady staff that is super AWESOME! She’s friendly, fast and she knows everything on the menu! We enjoy our family time together at this location and she makes the place very comfortable for us! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼♥️

sweet staff that take their time to converse even during busy hours. don’t be afraid to communicate exactly how you want your food as they really do try to accommodate.

Went in as 2 ppl were coming out looking mad.
Well they were probably mad due to lack of service.
We waited and waited and no one ever came out of the back. And there was definitely someone there. We could hear them

Lady working there Suzette She is very Rude, its been 4th ,5th time she is not good at all don’t know how to talk to customer and don’t listen properly. Very Disappointed with that lady at 2140 mcphillips location
The last few times I went there, the bread is not the one I ordered or very dry. Suzette is very good at CS but some of the others need training. Today cops had to be called for a drunk passed out, I think it's time to go elsewhere. Bad vibes
Two days ago, I went to Subway, and the lady working there had very rude behavior. She makes the sandwich the way she wants, and no matter how much you tell her, she still does it her own way.
Visited on 6th May around 3:30–3:35 PM
Very disappointing experience. The staff was in a hurry, didn’t let us check the menu properly, and kept pushing items we didn’t want. She used the same gloves and same section for veg and non-veg sandwiches and didn’t even ask what we wanted to add—just made it her way. When we asked for extra veggies, she rudely said, “That’s all I can put.” On top of that, the sandwich had no flavor at all—bland and poorly made. Poor customer service overall.

If I could give a 0 I would, I ordered food from them and specifically said I was allergic to the pizza sauce and to not put it on. I always call as soon as I place the order just to let them know so that they wouldn’t be an issues, I tried to call them and they sent me straight to voicemail so I called again and finally they answered and told me that they had already put the sauce on and would not do anything about it. I asked them to re make it and they said it would just be a waste. A few minutes after the phone call ended I Got a notification from From Uber eats saying that they cancelled my order. Will never order from here again!
went to strore around 9:40pm.. poor service.. no greetings..added veggies and sauces just aa little amount and..just formality for salt and peppers ...not satisfied
don’t place an order through doordash, skip or ubereats. my order was completely wrong and i called them multiple times. first they weren’t answering the phone then when they finally answered they were rude and hung up the phone because “they couldn’t do anything about it”

Washrooms are always out of service or they say customer that they are out of service. Talked with the manager she confirmed she has been trying to fix it up.
