The last few times I went there, the bread is not the one I ordered or very dry. Suzette is very good at CS but some of the others need training. Today cops had to be called for a drunk passed out, I think it's time to go elsewhere. Bad vibes

Two days ago, I went to Subway, and the lady working there had very rude behavior. She makes the sandwich the way she wants, and no matter how much you tell her, she still does it her own way.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was in a hurry, didn’t let us check the menu properly, and kept pushing items we didn’t want. She used the same gloves and same section for veg and non-veg sandwiches and didn’t even ask what we wanted to add—just made it her way. When we asked for extra veggies, she rudely said, “That’s all I can put.” On top of that, the sandwich had no flavor at all—bland and poorly made. Poor customer service overall.

If I could give a 0 I would, I ordered food from them and specifically said I was allergic to the pizza sauce and to not put it on. I always call as soon as I place the order just to let them know so that they wouldn’t be an issues, I tried to call them and they sent me straight to voicemail so I called again and finally they answered and told me that they had already put the sauce on and would not do anything about it. I asked them to re make it and they said it would just be a waste. A few minutes after the phone call ended I Got a notification from From Uber eats saying that they cancelled my order. Will never order from here again!

went to strore around 9:40pm.. poor service.. no greetings..added veggies and sauces just aa little amount and..just formality for salt and peppers ...not satisfied

don’t place an order through doordash, skip or ubereats. my order was completely wrong and i called them multiple times. first they weren’t answering the phone then when they finally answered they were rude and hung up the phone because “they couldn’t do anything about it”

Washrooms are always out of service or they say customer that they are out of service. Talked with the manager she confirmed she has been trying to fix it up.

Ordered through the app at 11am. Showed up to pick it up at 11:25am. The one staff was apologetic that somehow in 20 min she missed the order coming in, but it was on the computer when she checked so she apologetically made it quickly. Disappointing experience.
I been to this subway on Sep 30 at 6:40. There were two customers ahead of me, there was only one server and she was just by herself that is not acceptable at all because she was managing multiple things at once. She was doing a bit rust apparently customers have to compromise with their food, as I ordered one foot long veggie sub. She made it in hurry, didn’t ask me for grill or anything like that, or she don’t have enough time to ask customers about the specialty of their order. After that, I told her to unwrap the sub and grill it please then all the stuffing came out. And in that hurry the upper lid of the grill fell on her hands. That is unbearable treatment to the employee. The review is not COMPLAINT About that server because she was the one having all work pressure and doesn’t have time to give good service. I would like to make this recommendation to the headquarters as well. . MUST BE TWO PEOPLE AT LEAST.
