Don’t even get the order right I pay 15 dollars for a sandwich to be missing half of what I wanted on it

I like Subway itself, but this place is terrible. Posters advertising "make your own sub", but then im told by the employees you indeed can't make your own sub and can only order premade subs. False advertisement at its finest. Somehow every single subway in the world has a make your own sub option, but this one doesn't, even though it is advertised. They mix up orders, if you confront them about it they give you attitude, they put zero effort into putting your sandwiches together, you might as well not order anything extra because you'll just waste your money and not get anything extra anyway. This restaurant is an embarassment and an insult to the Subway franchise. The only reason it still has customers is because its in the middle of a university with no other in proximity. There is only one good employee there, all the rest are horrendous.

So, picture this: I walk into my university Subway, starving and dreaming of the perfect sandwich—fresh veggies, satisfying crunch, and just the right drizzle of sauce.
But reality hit hard. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I had just asked her for a live unicorn when I requested extra pickles. Then came the sauce disaster. I asked for extra sauce, thinking I’d at least get a decent amount. Instead, I got a sad, tiny drizzle—barely enough to moisten a crouton. My sandwich was drier than a desert, and I was left wondering if the sauce had gone into witness protection.
All in all, if you’re into bone-dry sandwiches and bewildered stares, this Subway’s got you covered. Just don’t expect sauce… like, ever.

I ordered veggie patty with enough fillings but I didn’t get enough fillings I ordered and when i went to ask for it , employees were very rude , this subway is the most expensive one in the town and i got so much bad experiences from here , one of the employee said sauce wont generate income for them so they cant add much sauce , but id didn’t even get enough sauce to taste , this should change

This is an okay Subway restaurant as it is the only one on campus. I never have any problems with the food, but the staff could be better. The service is kinda slow and inconsistant, but as long as they get your food ready within a good amount of time, that's all that matters.

Never had a problem with the staff in being rude or anything but I have found hair in my food twice now and no it isnt mine because it was black hair and I do not have black hair

The employees are so rude and unprofessional, i ordered a sandwich with extra cheese and it was an Italian bread non toasted, but the sandwich i received was toasted and with very little of cheese….. ???? i ordered black olives as well which i didnt get even woww, is this why i paid 9$ for????

The most anemic sandwiches you'll ever have the displeasure of eating. They don't display your HelloChef app order on the queue, so you'll have to either pester them about when it will be ready. One of the worst subway locations I've ever been to.

I recently visited this Subway location and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The sandwich I ordered was stale and the vegetables were wilted and unappetizing. The self order machine gives you the option for more toppings but the employees completely ignore the request every time. This subway is consistently under par when compared to regular subways(witch are great) I will not be returning to this Subway location and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal. This is an embarrassment to the subway franchise.
