Ridiculous service. Ordered through Uber eat, ordered a stake&cheese sub and a stake&cheese salad, the salad DID NOT come with stakes!!! Called the location twice, first time no answer, second time picked up and no one was talking!!! And hung up!!! Very very very disappointed!!!

They claim they didn’t get my online order. After having to go back home to get my phone, they were still hesitant to make my food, even though they could see I was charged on my visa. Very rude, no “sorry about that”, or “we’ll try and do better”, started yick yacking in Punjabi right in front of me! Very rude. Speak ENGLISH when customers are present. Never returning.

This subway is located on 3485 Pembina Highway in St Norbert. It is very spacious and is very modern. There is probably seating for 30 people inside. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of parking. Great place to stop by for a meal.
I asked the lady to give me a side of crispy onions, she gave me a mad look and proceeded to use her BARE HANDS. I asked her to simply heat up my cookies and she started to yell and say she was busy even though no one was in the store. As me and my friends were laughing she yelled HEY!! And told us to be quiet. This has happened every time I came to this subway

The girl rushed my order and was very frugal with the veggies , even though it was a veggie sub . 6 strands of onions and green peppers wont do. And when I called her on that , she didn’t take it very well and when it came to sauces she just squirted them like hell

Currently standing here not being attended to been about a few minutes but I've been coming here for a while now and I've noticed the service went down after the last workers have either left or been let go. Vegetables look left overnight from the day before soggy, gross and discolored. Never any damn soup, EVER, doesn't matter what time of day there's no soup, I think they make one tub of it for the rush and that's it, because either there's no more left or they haven't made it yet. The service has been pretty crappy this last year. Edit review: been back there and they have been better, soups have been ready and the veggies aren't as stale or rotten, still seen some but definitely improved
