Just a heads up if you have the subway app and you go in for 2 foot longs they tell you at the cash register AFTER ordering 2 foot longs that they dont do this deal at this location. I didnt know locations pick and choose to honor the app deals. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Everything about this place was HORRIBLE! First of all, the atmosphere in this place was so absolutely unwelcoming. I came in just hoping to order my usual Saturday sub, thinking this was the same as any other subway, but no. Most of the staff seemed annoyed and acted like the store was so busy and I was just another piece of garbage added onto their workload. I understand this isn't some fancy restaurant, but even placing orders online here was terrible. The first time, they hung up on me when I tried contacting because they had CANCELED my order, and the second time they didn't even answer my question and just told me to come into the store. Yeah, it's JUST a Subway and the pay obviously isn't the best, but the people here acted like they were way too good for their wages. It's actually so disappointing.

I ordered the Flatbread option, but what I received was a grilled tortilla, which is completely disgusting and my sandwich was inedible, so a complete waste of money.

I'm giving this store 1 star so it can be addressed. This was my first time visiting, and as soon as I walked in, I noticed a group of teenagers sitting in the dining area. They were loud but seemed to be enjoying themselves. When I got to the counter to order, I heard them say goodbye to a crew member. What the crew member said next really shocked me: He asked them, “Do you want to clean up?” There was only one fountain cup on their table, so it didn’t seem appropriate for him to ask them to do that. It felt disrespectful, and I don’t think it’s the best way to treat customers. Maybe it would be better to post a sign saying “Clean up after yourself” or even consider closing the dining area if this is how things are handled. Customers, regardless of their age or gender, should always be treated with respect. I spoke to a manager at a different Subway to get their take on whether this is common in all locations, and he was shocked as well. He actually encouraged me to leave a review. So, here I am. The food was good, but the customer service felt like they were doing me a favor instead of providing a service.

I was at this location today and was greeted as I walked in. The service was friendly and patient. All of the toppings were super fresh. The Brisket Stampede Sandwich is my new favorite although a little pricy.

Yesterday, July 25th, my daughter and neice arrived to order subs for a late lunch. At arrival, they were denied water. Prior to ordering, the employee asked, "Do you even have any money?" Followed up with "how much do you have?". I'm appalled at the lack of consideration, complete abomination of customer service, and just over all poor experience. Raising kiddos is hard enough, and when faced with poor service, it makes it even more challenging. I nor my child will ever be coming back to this location. Zero stars. Do not recommend it.

Terrible experiance, it was plus 38, we were denied water with our meal. And questioned if we even had any money.

The service was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never return to this location.

I come out of my way to order from this subway and I’m always pleased with the food I receive! The ladies who work here are so kind and they remember my order. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
