I remember when i use to get a Tuna Sub it wad 5 scoops now it is a tiny 4 scoops.
It feels like the food is am ordering is coming out of the employees pay ... They put 4 half scoops of tuna on the sub and when I ask them for full scoops they told me this is the new way . I wad with 3 other guys from work we all ordered different subs and felt as if we were getting shorted on the meats we asked for...

I AM SORRY IF I AM PAYING FOR IT PUT IT ON THE SUB and not bury my sub in salad I am not a rabbit. Also the staff at this location were very rude. Never going back to this location again. And they wanted to charge me 2 dollars for the extra scoops they put on to make them full scoops and only put 2 slices of cheese on a 12 inch.
If this is the new ways of Subway then I will find another place and never go back to Subway again....

I am one with a lot of patience when it comes to mistakes happening at restaurants but today all lines were crossed.
This location has one of the worst customer service ever. I do not recommend coming here and wasting your lunch time. I was waiting for my order for more than 30 minutes after already placing an order through the app, which was supposed to be ready at a given time, I asked the female supervisor there for assistance but she lacked in customer service skills as she wasn’t able to communicate with me regarding my order.

I usually don’t like to write reviews, but today I felt it needed to be done.
First and foremost, the customer service was terrible.

I had ordered two subs and had two active deals in my account — one was 30% off on weekends, and the other was “Buy one footlong, get a 6-inch for just $1.99.” I informed the staff about the deals, and they confirmed that both were active and showing in their system. However, they said they couldn’t apply them due to a system error.

Is it the customer’s fault if your system isn’t working properly?

Then, a Filipino lady who seemed to be the supervisor tried to act like she was helping but actually did nothing. She couldn’t communicate properly in English, and honestly, I don’t understand how she is a supervisor there. She even called her manager and spoke to them in her native language right in front of me.

After wasting about 20 minutes, she came back and said, “We can’t do anything.”

At that point, I had two options: either leave without buying anything or pay for the subs that were already prepared. I chose to pay because I didn’t want to waste food — after all, we all work hard for it.

I’m disappointed that they didn’t even offer a small discount for their mistake and system failure. Please show some respect and value for your customers and their time.

Next time, I’ll be going to the Sage Creek or St. Mary’s Subway instead.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this Subway location. When we walked in, both employees were in the back talking and did not greet us or acknowledge our presence. When we approached to order, one employee walked away and then returned to take my sister’s order. When it was my turn, I said I wasn’t ready yet, and she responded with a very rude “oh yeah, take your time.”

During the ordering process, she aggressively threw our food onto the counter and was rude and inconsiderate the entire time. She even removed her name tag, so we could not identify her. To make matters worse, we noticed fruit flies around the area, which is extremely concerning. Additionally, she insisted we pay before completing our order.

This level of behavior and hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this immediately.

Always love it here. Great service and excellent food and prices. Grilled wraps are the best deal around. Lunch under $7 is rare these days. Had the holiday meal and it was great for something different. Highly recommend
