I feel like over last few years subway’s value for money has gone down. Rice bowl is shrinking, quantity of veggies in sub is going down. In 10-12$ you can get full meal from Dawat. Not sure if it same with all places or only this place. Staff is nice.

Ordered online to this location by accident, meant to order from a different subway. Immediately tried to contact the store to cancel the order, but the phone was constantly hung up on every time I called. I tried calling for 20 minutes straight with no answer while on the app it says my sub is being prepared and then is ready for pick up. I didn’t receive a refund and wasn’t able to pick up my sub. Overall bad customer service at this location.

Veggies didnt look good...spoiled probably. Monday 25th Nov at about 10.15am. Complained but staff said that's what they were supplied. I asked, "Why was it not returned or rejected from supplier? If it makes me sick, then i'll see you guys in court."
You guys can do better. I have purchased food here multiple times but todsy's, so bad!

I went the restaurant tonight 10th Nov,24 at 6:15PM to get sandwiches.I don’t wanna act like a racist but I encountered very disappointing experience with Indian lady (don’t know the name). Firstly, We made mind to left a restaurant immediately because of Abrupt tone but we didn’t. After that I asked her to chop cucumber and tomatoes politely, she replied very disrespectfully “I can’t it’s already sliced” she can’t even know what’s the difference B/W chop and sliced.Secondly, she was on call in front of the customers.. i don’t know what kind of customer service she is providing to their customers. Manager should look into it and see what’s their employees were doing during their shifts.. This made my dining experience full of disappointment. I hope that staff training can help to improve customer interactions in the future.

Another subway that doesn’t actually provide double meat. Assumed it was a one off, whatever no big deal. Kid went there the next day, he’s complaining about the same thing.
25 bucks for a sub, two cookies, and a soda, and there’s no meat.

I don't usually do reviews but I have given up on this location. It is the closest for me but I will go to another. I even quit going in to order because they seem like you are inconveniencing them. They obviously do not like their jobs and do not want to work. Ordering online has been even worse, what is the point of having "specific instructions" if you never read them. Done with this location now altogether. Too bad nothing gets done as the staff is still the same.

I would not recommend this specific location… The portion they put in when it comes to the chicken and cheese is really bad… However, one you say lettuce they try to put as much as possible as if I ordered a lettuce sandwich which is really bad…
Finally, I went to this specific location 2 times and every-time the employees make you feel that they do not really want to work at all…
My only advice is that please train your employees on how to treat customers!

2 Indian workers were on their phone when I was in the store. Very unprofessional. I had a big order and they started laughing when I requested all the toppings. I felt disrespected

When I pointed out that you didn’t put cut-in-half foot-longs in separate packages like you always did. You should say sorry and advise me I can put a more specific note next time, instead of looking in my eyes and keep saying I *should* put that note, as if I made some appalling mistake, and finally went to fix it after I politely asked you to three times. The downfall of quality of service in the industry is insane. Kindly train your people of the manners how service sector workers *should* behave in Canada.

Went to go get lunch at 11 am. Doors were locked and the employees just stared at me. It says right on the door, "open 7am".

I’ve gone in there multiple times and come out with a sub that is un eatable after stating lots goes on so pack it lightly please they never listen and then when I go back in for a refund or to have it remade it’s made out to be my fault be “I get to much stuff”Rude and arrogant won’t be going back.

I went to buy ny subway and there was a middle age indian lady standing on the counter. I am also an indian and since I am a vegetarian i tried to explain her the same and said if she can change her gloves and also clean her platform and knife before she makes my vegetarian veggie burger. She behaved so rude in response while making that burger as if I have committed some crime. She was well behaved for white skin customers and i could clearly see that. I told her the same on the counter and she was again rude. Pathetic behavior. The other indian young girl was very accomodative and understanding.
Vegetarian options: The subway uses same knife for cutting the veggie and non veggie burger and on same platform without cleaning. So anyone who has issues with non veg specially Indian veg people should clealy say this upfront to them else they will use same knife and you may have non veg in your food. Same applies to any pizza shops.

The absolute disregard for health of customers is appalling...she makes 90% of the sandwich I pay with cash. she handles the cash and proceeds check the frozen chicken by pressing it with her fingers into it in the same gloves she just had on pressing buttons and going thru the cash drawer with...she checked this 3 times then got the chicken out of microwave and places the chicken in the sandwich (that in itself was gross) and man handles it with the same gloves on, disgusting! I should have demanded a refund. Also love how the owners do not try even try to ask the customers reviewing on here if they can help.NEVER AGAIN
