Go here quite often, the service and sandwich makers are ok, never had a issue since the pandemic ended, veggies seem always fresh, you just have to ask for more veggies and toppings as they build a sandwich as they can be lacking if you don't speak up, other than that decent place, it can get a little busy at lunch hourVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: No parking available, other than the food fare lot behind the subway off the backlane

Always a joyful customer service, the rice bowls taste super good every time I get them. The service is slow sometimes, but the staff is super friendly. Some homeless people and addicts are coming in at some times, so I think the staff safety is a big issue. Overall, it's great.

Stood around the only person was in the back had to knock at the door. Wont let me use the washroom even if I was a paying customer. Reasoning someone was using drugs in there before. Pretty much said I look like a druggie. I was wearing work uniform how did i look homeless.

I've had it with this Subway. They are serving cold unrefridgerated soup. She puts it in the bowl then microwaves it. I took it back and her solution, was to out it in the microwave again. I said no, I'm not eating that. I just want my money back. This is also the one time I've been there where they actually had soup. Who knows how long it's been sitting there on the counter cold.

one of the most inconsistent subways in the city, it’s 1PM on a saturday it says they’re open & they’re closed. this is an often occurrence with this location, never anyone there and the staff is always overcharging you, idk how they’ve stayed open with the inconsistency’s and terrible hours. so hard to support this place when they don’t even care to be there when they’re supposed to be.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would.Every time I’ve been to this location in the last two years, it’s been nothing but disappointments.The produce is almost always going bad, staff are slow and the service is terrible (they tried to make us pay again for drinks after purchasing a combo,) they NEVER have soup made (called in advance asking if they had soup while I was outside, and they didn’t even have any made.)This location needs a whole new owner honestly. Don’t risk wasting your money and time here.
