I visit there in the morning , staff behaviour is extremely poiilte and nice over there i ordered a platter in store , they gave excellent customer service prepared my big order very fast as well

Went there on my lunch break and Beant was extremely kind and helpful. My sub was perfect and she helped me with the sub and got it perfect. Great experience overall!

Lettuce was brown. Asked for fresh lettuce, it was brown too. Tip jar on counter because employees aren't given tips from debit machine, yet it promps you for tips when paying. Who owns this store? Shame on you....I won't be back...ever. Can the Subway corporate folks do anything about this? The person working there that afternoon told me about the tip situation....I'm not making this up. Very sad.

ordered food online. But got a stale bread instead I called the store and spoke someone named Arsh (don’t if she gave her real name) Just wanted to say I am disappointed because she didn’t even understood what I am talking about. Subway need to hire better English speakers shame

I went into this location with my mom and used up the remainder of my gift card to treat my mom to subway.
We placed a mobile order when we got home with our subs we had barely any toppings and barely any sauce. My mom has had a similar experience in the past so she told me to put extra and that should fix the barely any toppings issue.
I opened my sub I had next to no sauce, and I had literally 6 cucumbers, 6 pickles, not even 6 pieces of onion and green peppers.
I was very unhappy as I had specifically asked for extra and got the minimum that they are trained to give on a sub.
I called to the store to complain and ended up speaking to a manager and when I explained why I was dissatisfied and that my mom used to work for subway and what the minimum formula was for toppings and they barely met that requirement which is why I was unhappy, the store manager agreed to give me store credit for the $ value of my purchase that day.
I went back 2 weeks later to use the credit and was told that the store manager knew nothing about it and there for I was poop outta luck on my money.
After complaining again saying that’s completely unfair and giving them my order # from 2 weeks ago again I was asked to leave my name and # and the store manager would call me back. I have yet to receive a call and I have zero confidence they’ll take responsibility to call me back. At this point I highly suggest people take their money elsewhere to a different location as I’ve never had that experience or issue with any other locations I’ve visited.
Honestly Save your money and go elsewhere!!!
If I could give them zero stars for their customer service skills and satisfaction I would!

Has got to be my favourite subway in the area. The only subway that also properly packs the sandwich and tucks the veggies in. Otherwise half of your sandwich is meat and the other is veggies lol. They are AMAZING.

She rolled My sandwich so tight. It was completely squished half the bun. I couldn't eat. The ingredients in the case did not look the freshest. She was quite hesitant about giving me any extra stuff that I liked on my sub. Not the best. I normally love subs. This one was not that great.

Always a great shop for my lunch breaks. Amazing workers to talk to while ordering, great attitudes, and always very courteous in all my experiences.... except the male owner..

EDIT: Can we fire the owner? Ive never had a good experience.

Vegetarian options: The veggie patty is a decent selection for vegetarian although it's nothing to write home about

Omg 😳, really bad customer service by the store, they are not follow the rules of government, food quality is not good, vegetables are not fresh, recently I visited with my family at Main St Store, infront of Tim Horton, really bad experience, management is very poor as well, I got to know that the same owner has multiple stores in Winnipeg, I have also bad experience with Sargent Store. Even staff are against the management, the staff were saying the owner is not a good man, he is blackmailer. Where staff are unhappy and how we expect the good food. Please Beware of these kind of punjabi owner store. Never go there and don't waste your money. Environment is not good there.
