I've ordered takeout from here a few times and the food is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. I dined in for the first time, and the food was fantastic, but the service was not what I expected. Was greeted. Water and food took a long time. Waited 30 mins between my first sushi roll and the remai ing sushi rolls and the same with water. I get them sense that the business focuses more on takeout than dining, which is fine but really disappointing in tjr dining...
my boyfriend and i come often. they are very accomodating with gluten free & are knowledgeable. we love the dine in lunch combo as it's a great deal! i personally love the spicy california & creamy dynamite rolls for gluten free options, the crab is only $1.95 extra. very filling and always quick and tastes amazing! we love coming here.
We went there yesterday evening for an impromptu dinner out, and although I've ordered online from Sushi Ai and it's been delicious, I have never eaten inside their restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was fantastic. I really felt like they went above and beyond and made us feel like family. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant for your next date night!
