insanely slow service… absolutely unacceptable for a 2 hour time limit.... too much rice in the rolls and had to really harass our server to get our sashimi order.... will not come back

We went for all you can eat and were brought our fist round of food in 20 mins or so then the following 4 orders we placed were not delivered at all. We went up to severel workers throughout the next 1.5 hours getting progressively more annoyed. The server lied to our face serveral times and said all oderes were brought to us. Another server said they were out of the rolls we ordered. When we finally asked the last time up at the counter she said order again cause they didn't get the orders.

10 mins later a server came out and said we went past our 2 hour time limit and can't order anymore. We were given almost no food and were ignored and lied to several times.

Was a truly outrageous experience!

While my previous experiences have been good, my most recent visit fell severely short. I ordered the all-you-can-eat dinner option during lunch for my wife, kid and myself. The wait time was unacceptable: it took more than an hour just to start receiving the sushi. Furthermore, I left the restaurant having never received the entirety of my order, indicating a significant service failure.

The Food is good… but unfortunately all you can eat don’t work. I waited 40 minutes for food, still I gave up and went home. You try to be conscious about food waist don’t order lots and the appreciation is waiting and getting out hungry… 😩🫠 wasn’t even busy had 4 tables, lunch and week day.

Today I finally understood why this restaurant only has a 3.1-star rating on Google.
The service was really poor — most of the staff had a bad attitude.
The restaurant overall felt old and not well-maintained.
The fried food baskets were stacked together, which didn’t seem very hygienic.
The food was okay, but considering the price of $45 per adult (including 10% tip and tax), it’s not worth coming back.
If you have leftover sushi one piece charge for $1 ( witch I think is far )

I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with my experience. Even though the place just opened for the day, the server was quite rude and not welcoming at all. For this kind of business, you’d expect staff to be friendly and eager to make a good impression, but that wasn’t the case here.

What made it worse is that even though we paid full price, several items on the menu were unavailable. It’s frustrating to be charged the same when so much is missing from the menu.

The restaurant itself has potential, but the poor service and limited options really left a bad first impression. I hope management works on improving customer service and making sure the full menu is available before charging full price.

Only nice thing to say is it looks like a nice place. I had hair in my sushi and the server was extremely rude and disrespectful implying that it was us who put it there. You want all you can eat don't go here

The food is decent, but the service is terrible. For AYCE, they provide a limit on how long you have at your table, but they purposely withhold food from you that you order. You’ll run out of time before you’ve eaten everything you wanted to. I’ve literally been here with an empty restaurant, but they wait to provide you with sashimi (for example) because they want you to eat other things first (so that you get full off of the less expensive menu items). This is something they’ve admitted to doing. This is not just speculation or suspicion on my part.

Very small portion. I have visit there with my friend we paid over 90 cad. And on receipt they including automatically 10% tips. Ginger and wasabi looks like they put from yesterday. Looks not fresh at all. I dont think I m gonna visit that place again.
