Overall, the sushi is tasty, but the all you can eat option is disappointing. The service is slow, and it feels like they’re trying to make you full by delaying between dishes instead of serving generously. At around $35, it’s not worth it. This place is our goto place for Japanese buffet. The price has increased though and they are now forcing you to pay for gratuity. Plus now, there's a time limit to how long you can stay for the buffet. We like the shrimp tempura here a lot. But the size now is not what they used to be. More flour and small shrimps now. For $45 all-in (tax and tip included), Sushi Jet is actually a pretty solid deal. I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5 overall.
The sashimi and salads are consistently fresh, and there’s a wide selection of items to choose from. I usually skip the rolls—they’re decent, but the appetizers, side dishes, and sashimi are definitely the highlights.
