Seen a lot of negative reviews on here but my family has tried pretty much 10 places maybe more from Winnipeg. This was always our favourite, ur gonna get the harsh critics who say otherwise but i refuse to go to any other sushi place both for quality and price. very good prices here and always served up fresh as its the one owner who cooks everything. im 22 now and have remembered him from when i was 7-8 years old. Anyways i do think its worth the try and review for yourself, everybody is different but i do think these comments are a bit nonsense

Food looked old, tasted very off, the Tuna looked like it was about to turn. I generally don't like to leave a review like this, but my children got sick from the food. We will never come back. I am very upset they would let this kind of quality be picked up for take out. Worst sushi we have ever had. DO NOT FEED THIS TO YOUR CHILDREN.

This is by far the worst sushi restaurant I’ve ever been. The teriyaki shrimp was disgusting. The roll that we had that was supposed to have tuna, didn’t have any tuna. The gyoza were old and gross. The coke 0 was good. I didn’t know you can make sushi this bad.

Take-out order. The gyoza were gray, as if left over for several days. Also greasy, and the grease was rancid. An unpleasant sour taste. The rolls were unremarkable. No wasabi or ginger with the take-out. Used to be good food, but the service was always pretty iffy. Not going back.

The sushi is good, but they never put enough soy sauce and never put inside the order ginger and wassabi unless you ask. Before you order make sure you have soy sauce at home!

I had tried it before and i thought it was deliciousand i have now been ordering from here quite a bit, their chicken rolls are amazing in my opinionalso the prices are surprisingly very cheap!
Parking: the parking outside is always empty which is perfect

Saw some lower reviews so we weren't going to order, but I'm glad we did! It was great sushi as far as Winnipeg Sushi restaurants go and the prices were very reasonable. Fish tasted fresh and presentation was very nice. We will be ordering from here when we are in the area.Just to note. This was for take out. Not sure if they offer in person dining.
