Nice service, friendly staff, however… Some of my friends food came out before they served napkins, plates and cutlery. My order went missing completely so I watched both my friends get all their food first. I was starving and was getting “hangry”. I later ordered sashimi which really disappointed me because my friends was MUCH thicker sliced. I was impressed with menu items. And the food itself was pretty good to average.

Went for lunch with my mom, 1 pm Friday. Not busy . Greeted quickly, asked to pick a table. Service was efficient and friendly, not overbearing. Food is fast and fresh.Good value for food quality and portions. Sushi is well made and tasty . Great selection. Restaurant is really basic but clean . Been going for years and will return when in the area again. Lots of parking. Easy access.

sushi was good and affordable. their special rolls are nicely presented and looked really cute service was good, but the feeling of the table really bothered me for some reason... like it felt sticky(?) but it didnt have anything on it

Always love coming to this cute spot for sushi. They have a such a large selection of appetizers, small bites and non-sushi items as well!
Their mapo tofu appetizer has a nice spicy kick for the crunchy tofu, it’s boiling hot on the inside and super fresh!
Always love getting their shrimp tempura, it comes with 8 pieces which is a lot more than other places.
Tried a few different rolls this time and all were delicious! My go to is the caterpillar roll, they make it so adorable with an actual caterpillar face and the flavours are well balanced.
Their special rolls are very large and hearty! Definitely worth the extra $$$ if you want to try a specialty roll.
The service here is excellent, even when they are busy they are very efficient and accommodating. The place is clean and well maintained, with comfy booth seating and large interior space.

The sushi however is great! My favourite is the TNT roll! Lots of filling and not a crazy amount of rice like other places. Another great dish is the Kimchi Udon, a little spice to it but it sooo delicious!

Went here for an early dinner with a few friends to try out this sushi restaurant that we’d never been to before. We were greeted right away by a gentleman and seated immediately. The restaurant was empty aside from one other group. It wasn’t long after that I had realized how dirty the restaurant was. The carpets were filthy and falling apart in areas, the coffee station that was in the dining area didn’t look like it has been wiped down in weeks and old coffee splatters all down the cupboards. The menus were sheets of paper (which isn’t a problem) but they were ripped, and stained with food from previous patrons. The curtain on the way to the bathrooms looked stained and greasy as if they hadn’t been washed in years. The bathrooms are partly used as a closet with a shop vacuum, spare toilet paper and a package of kitty litter? I felt gross touching anything, even handling the menus. This is only a few of things I had noticed. One of my friends had chosen not to order due to her being turned off just by the dirtiness of what we could see in the dining room. My group decided to leave without even ordering due to how generally uncleanly the entire restaurant was. If this is what the owner and the staff think is appropriate cleanliness to display in front of the customer, I can’t even imagine what kind of standards they have behind the counter while handling and making food. I’m surprised that there aren’t any other reviews mentioning this. Will not ever come here again or ever order food here.

I ordered 2 Dynamite Rolls and the server brought these out, I told him these are definitely not dynamite rolls and he argued and told me I was wrong, and he told me that they stopped putting avocado and cucumber in the rolls 20 years ago meanwhile I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years having the same rolls. Instead of insisting to make them right he just told me I was wrong and if I want to add avocado I could order again and pay a dollar extra to add. Here is the picture of the dynamite roll I received tonight and the picture they have on SKIP THE DISHES for THEIR DYNAMITE ROLLS

I’ve been coming here over 15 years, the dynamite roll has always had cucumber, avocado and no panko crumbs. This time, a tiny bit of shrimp and the rest filled with lettuce and panko crumbs. So we ask if there’s been a mistake cause that’s usually not how it’s made. The waiter says that’s always how it’s been and he’s never heard of a dynamite roll with veggies lol and then tells us we can pay extra to add what should be in it. We check their site, the sites pictures has all the veggies in it, but no they wouldn’t remake for us. Claims that is never how they’ve made it, but skips the dishes pictures and their site say otherwise? Not impressed
