Just ate at Swagat, wasn't expecting much to begin with BUT the food was amazingly fresh and delicious just loved the taste it was so authentic.

They do not know how to cook chapati properly. Whenever I buy a meal they always serves with uncooked chapatis.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sawagat. The food was completely below standard.
The Manchurian was uncooked, clearly taken straight out of the freezer, and still cold inside.
The egg curry tasted stale, and the eggs themselves were not fresh.The goat curry was undercooked, with the meat rubbery and hard to eat.The paneer dishes seemed like they had been cooked several days ago and reheated.
Overall, the food quality was unacceptable and definitely not worth the visit.
When this restaurant first opened, the food was awesome — fresh, flavorful, and worth the visit. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down drastically.

I truly hope they improve, because this used to be a great place, but right now I cannot recommend it.

They started with nice quality but now all waste of money. No taste at all.

We went to this well known restaurant for the first time for dine in with our friends and service was very friendly and quick .. thank you so much to the sister for such a cozy welcome and keep it up !

hi .. we went to the store tuesday evening for our bulk order .. a girl in black tshrt with specs is so good in her dealing with customers as well as very active .. we forgot to ask her name but she explained us menu in very good way for our catering (wedding function) .. the have good plans for big orders and would definitely say that the management had trained the staff very well .. must visit the place to get good food , affordable prices as compared to to the other stores and certainly for such a warm welcome to feel like home..

Hi.. we visited this restaurant yesterday evening for the first time .. though it was very busy .. the staff is paying attention to every order and very generous to everyone .. the food is delicious…

This is my second time dealing with this disaster, and honestly, it’s unbelievable. The first time, I didn’t write a review, thinking maybe it is a long day for them because i went around 9 PM to pick my order, Nope — came at noon this time, and same chaos, same confused staff, same wasted time.
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The front staff is completely lost, has no idea who to serve first, and mixes up orders like it’s a fun game. People who come later often get served before those waiting, and your time is treated like it doesn’t matter at all. It’s obvious the staff haven’t been trained at all. Instead of making things easier, they waste your time, test your patience, and turn a simple visit into a frustrating ordeal.
Customer service should mean being organized, fair, and polite — but don’t expect that here. Management clearly doesn’t care, and right now the only thing this place is serving is chaos, confusion, and disappointment. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually values customers and their time.

I don’t like posting reviews about any restaurant.
But it’s been 3 times that my order has been messed up 1. My order worth $25 was not packed with rest of my order. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t say anything then.
2. They didn’t pack any sauce with my big order of pakode. I called store all they said was sorry.
I was upset but I let it slide.

I live an hour away from winnipeg so it is not easy to drive back just to get one order right. But then you trust the store to give you everything right.

And now i am pissed again
3rd time they messed my order again. They didn’t give me what I ordered but something else that I hate(my luck)

I am not calling or anything to store. I am done.

Their food is what brings me back every time but their service is not good at all. Please train your staff good.

I got veg thali with three sabji and i received all of three totally different as i ordered and samosas were burnt from outside and uncooked inside.
