Ya’ll are so lucky to have a quality bakery in your neighbourhood. Would be nice to see some other options than croissant dough. With that said, the sourdough bread was amazing; even better than SFO!?

I have always wanted to go and finally got the chance to. :) we got a variety of croissants, cruffins, and an eclair. My fave has got to be the hazelnut cruffin with Ferrero on top. Next would be the Nutella croissant. Sooo good. Everything we got was delicious! A bit pricey but it’s a lovely treat. No pictures because I was too excited to try them and got several bites of each before I remembered to take a photo. Wish they have more seating indoors.

Was in Winnipeg for an appointment and visited your bakery. Everything we picked up was wonderful. Besides the sweets (OMG πŸ’•) we bought and shared with a friend, I bought a loaf of whole wheat sourdough. I'll be back for more!!

I had always wanted to stop in and try this place, and I finally did!! This will definitely be my main place for π“…Γ’π“‰π’Ύπ“ˆπ“ˆπ‘’π“‡π’Ύπ‘’π“ˆ and π’Έπ‘œπ“π“π’Άπ“‰π’Ύπ‘œπ“ƒπ“ˆ π“ˆπ“Šπ’Έπ“‡Γ©π‘’π“ˆ!!
Everything was amazing - light and fresh - the perfect balance of sweet and cream.
The shop owner/pastry chef was welcoming and took the time to answer my questions. The shop was clean and organized.
My favourite was the apple phyllo pastry (first picture). Apple pieces on a light cake bed, surrounded by phyllo pastry with a light drizzle of sweetness. The perfect combination of everything!
Definitely check this place out - earlier in the day, the better!

Some of the best pastries in all of Winnipeg. You can tell the lead pastry chef uses top quality ingredients in all of his creations. Transcona is extremely fortunate to have such a high calibre bakery in their neighbourhood.

Good products but what is the point of listing your closing time as 4:00 pm when you are sold out by noon. I get that your margins are small and you can't afford to have unsold products by the end of the day but then you should adjust your closing time. This is just not sustainable in a city like Winnipeg where people might have to drive 40+ minutes round trip to visit your shop. The business model of Parisian bakeries does not translate to a car-centric city like Winnipeg.

Went to see how close the taste was to France as a personal interest. Had a few goods. All very well made. The texture of the croissants and pain au chocolat were as you would find in France which was spectacular. Worth the 2.5 hour drive. The sourdough bread was also very delicious. Staff were fast, efficient and friendly.

So I love the food you guys make and serve but the customer service is a little lacking . I was greeted by one worker and then waited maybe a minute or two before another asked me what I would like. It almost felt like I was an inconvenience being there asking for croissants. The croissants on the other hand were to die for

Everything thing i have tried from Manny has been beyond expectations. The croissants are the best and everything is house made, including the fruit and pistachio fillings. All of his breads are excellent as well. We are so lucky to have a baker of this quality in Transcona.
