Ordered delivery and had 4 issues with my delivery but they quickly gave me a full refund as it wasn’t just one or two issues. It was 4 or more. Sometimes things happen and they understood this and replaced my meal for their errors

Went for lunch around 1pm on Jul 24 /20. Mediocre service and the tables were not clean there were only 4 people in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at all the both we sat at had greasy finger prints on the upper trim panels. I ordered the double leg dinner and chicken was dry. We should have gone to the kenaston location for better service and food.

Sadly this was a disappointment. After following all of the prompts, no one brought the order to the car. The ordered kale salad turned out to be a very stale Caesar salad with no dressing. The chicken was good as usual.

Im a regular here and Ive always had good service! I go twice a week. Sometimes in the winter I do find the restaurant to be cold, otherwise no complaints.

I ordered a rib and chicken wing meal. The baked potatoe I got was not fresh and appeared re-heated in the microwave. The bun was like a hockey puck. The chicken wings were not the best, however the ribs were surprisingly good.

Although food was good and kitchen looked clean the restaurant lobby and seating area was filthy. Floors were very muddy and tables were not cleared or wiped down. Staff was sitting around in the restaurant area doing nothing......possibly on a break.
