Went to Tabula Rasa for an evening out with folks from work. What an incredible experience. Food and atmosphere was extremely pleasing. Everyone left extremely satisfied with our time here.

We decided to give this restaurant a try so we ordered most of their dishes to give it a fair assessment. The octopus and the beet salad were 4.5/5 but the rest of the dishes were ordered were either very salty, small portion size for the price.

The best carpaccio ever! I’ve never tried bison before and I wasn’t a fan of any carpaccio, but this one definitely beat all my expectations. Highly recommend to try it. Octopus was made on a grill and you definitely can taste a smoky flavour and little bit of burnt. Lamb shank - just melts in mouth. Steak was very thick cut but amazingly tender and with chimichurri on top was just great ending of the dinner. I’ve put 4 just because on my opinion octopus was little over burnt. Just not my favourite. And service - little while I haven’t had any water and some food was quite spicy, but when it was a dessert time - my glass was full all the time (just about timing and attention a little bit, restaurant is quite small).

Ate in the back speak easy area. Fantastic food. Shared 2 dishes per person with one or two extras for the table. Everything was well prepared and tasty. Server paced the meal well and was a great host.
Can't say enough about Tabula Rasa. One of my absolute favorites right now in Winnipeg. Best to go with a group of 6 so you can order most of the menu and get to try it all, and never disappoints!

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant. Quite literally, because the gorgeous and cozy lounge area is hidden behind a speak-easy style secret door. The food was 12/10, the service was exceptional, and the bill was lower than expected for something so good. You should 100% check this place out. We will be back soon and often. LOVE!

Great spot, everything we tried was incredibly fresh and tasty. Each dish stood on it's own. We had a tough time choosing (we wanted everything) and ended up with 5 total dishes which was perfect for 2 people. Only managed to take a few photos.
