I asked for their advertised meal for $12 and they said we were not allowed to get it bc we did not have a coupon. But why advertise it on the billboard and not say only with a coupon.
Then kept passing us the debit machine ( looking very annoyed ) without asking if we were done ordering. 3 times until I told her we are not done yet.
Overall I highly do not recommend this location in the evenings.

We ordered 2 beef burrito supremes and we received 1 beef burrito supreme and 1 bean burrito. I went back to the counter and showed them the receipt clearly indicating the burrito was supposed to have beef in it. The staff brushed it off and said that’s what a beef burrito supreme is supposed to look like, took our receipt, threw it away and ignored me. Will not be coming to this location again unless things improve.
Drive thru service is so slow in the evening, you should really hire more people because this is insane to wait almost 20mins at the intercom till someone responds.

This location is absolutely atrocious for any form of customer care, they're rude and seem bothered by any ask what so ever, they do not communicate at all when they are out of things and instead substitute without consulting you, I've had multiple items not end up in the bag like read the slip in full would YOU appreciate it if it was you having to go back through or back in every.single.visit. ao I've stopped going. Your head office is clearly not concerned with any of these factors because its almost every single location across the city
Do. Better! And stop wasting people's time and taking their money to be treated poorly its enough. Spending upwards of 40 to 50 for two meals and an extra TINY burrito or singular taco come on. If there was a zero and a report on every facet you'd get a zero but thats not an option.

Staff were great. Was having a hard time placing an on line order. She gave me the same deal. Only gave atmosphere and food a 4 star because it's kfc taco bell. Not a fancy restaurant. Had no complaints it is wat it is. The food was good and the restaurant was very clean. No complaints. Perfer this location to another that is closer to home. I'll keep coming back.

Kid-friendliness: It's a dine in take out kfc taco bell. Give you 2 choices in 1. Fast food place. Good fresh chicken.

Ordered a combo pack for the kids at my wives office. 10 tacos, 2 orders of fries, 2 nachos and cheese and a crunchwrap all stuffed into a bag designed to hold less than half thst amount of food, I served the kids a bag of soggy mess for lunch! YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR 60.00!!!

i ordered a fry supreme on skip, i ordered extra cheese, beef, extra tomatoes, when the order got here i sat down opened my fry supreme, no extra nacho cheese no extra tomatoes, no extra beef, they don't add onions no more, and i got charged for the extra stuff

Ordered a sandwich, an Crunchwrap, and 2 drinks for $29!! Staff seemed like they hated their lives and they put tomatoes on my Crunchwrap when I asked for none. I’ll stick to the other locations..

They can’t read BEAN. I ordered on skip and spent over $50 and they gave me all beef burritos… like??? They also did this to me when I drove through the drive thru even when I triple checked with the girl at the window that I wanted bean burritos and she said “yes bean” even on the receipt it said bean!! Then I drove home only to find out that they were beef. Like what is going on in this Taco Bell a higher up management should look into it specially considering people have food allergies they should be more cautious and aware of what they’re giving people.
This is the worst Taco Bell in the city maybe even the world.

Front guy was quite polite and service was quick. The food is an acquired taste (I love these fake tacos over the real ones), so I recommend them but you might not be thrilled about them.
