This review has nothing to do with the ppl working there, this complaint of for corporate or the franchise owner. Went there for lunch and noticed they got self check out kiosks. Not against them, but they no longer do human services, you have to use the kiosk to order. The kiosks were very finicky, super sensitive to touch so when you're trying to scroll you'll open a menu you didn't want. On-top of that they were very laggy and stuttery.

When you first order it asks you to choose take out or dine in. After I did my order I was still asked 3 times of it was for inside or takeout... I also had to argue for an item that wasn't on the receipt, but sure enough it was on there system.

You also cannot add or change anything on your order, I wanted to remove beans from a burrito but there was no option to, usually you can talk to the human taking your order to add and customize things, but on the kiosk you cannot. You also cannot add extra beef or anything to any item. Once you select something else you want to add it removes the first item that was selected... Even tho it shows it will be an extra charge it still only selects one item at a time..

While kiosks are a great way to keep things moving and to ease lunch rushes, they are not be all solution. Humans are still needed at the end of the day to take orders and make sure things are correct. Taking that away leaves you with just more headaches and stress on both staff and customers.

Went there to get dinner, the entire store was a mess, sticky chairs and all surfaces such as drink machine and counter were super gross. No bathroom toilet paper in either washrooms, and the toilet doesn't even flush. Not to mention the horrible wait time, definitely don't order here if you're in a rush. Counter staff were incredibly rude multiple times and multiple people when informing them about the washroom and messed up order, as if that's our fault and were being annoying just for communicating.

I ordered a crunchwrap combo with nacho fries, and instead of fries I find nachos in my bag. Service was pretty shitty, I felt like they couldn't communicate well

1/5 – Not Worth the Money
The food was dry, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Customer service was terrible — it was hard to understand the person taking my order, and they had an attitude even though I wasn’t finished speaking.

For $15, the chicken burger was a complete letdown: dry, soggy, and skimpy on toppings. The 2-piece meal was just as bad — the smallest portion of fries I’ve ever seen, worse than a McDonald’s kids’ meal (and that’s saying something).

Honestly, I should’ve just driven an extra minute to Five Guys.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We received absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced yesterday. Please do not support this restaurant. They made us punch in our own order at the kiosks. No longer taking counter orders. After asking for help several times way paid and waited. Heard numerous customers complaining of incorrect items in their bags and waited 25 min for some tacos. Then it’s time to pickup my order and it’s wrong. The woman fought with me say well that’s what you punched in. I pointed out that I requested help several times. She refused to provide me a drink which I ordered, though I could not prove it since the kiosk does not provide a receipt.
I asked for a manager she refused. I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for the owner or gm’s name so I could call and she refused.

Kisosks are confusing and not accessible to anyone with disabilities. I am discussed by this experience.

I don't know what the hell is going in with this kfc. But when I spend $58 on chicken, I expect good chicken. I get home and opened 18 pieces of dried up chicken that's been sitting in their heating standby fir God knows how long. I'm gonna open my order at the store if I ever go to this kfc again.

Don’t go here. If you’re hungry go to the A&W or Jolibee close by, trust me it’s worth the extra drive. Food was fine, but the place was a mess all around.
Dirty is an understatement; tables that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the location opened (I’m talking crumbs, grease, sauce packets just left there), under the table was a whole new story, old trash like napkins, lettuce that fell out of whatever the person previously sat there was eating, cup lids etc, and Flys, so many flys everywhere.
Staff; the (what I’m assuming is (wearing a different uniform and leading others)) manager was friendly when talking to customers but very openly rude to his staff behind the counter (as in loud), the other staff made no effort to complete the order properly. My friend and I ordered dine-in, when my name is called the food is in a bag and I politely tell them it was for dine in (at Popeyes for example they just do the simple task of taking the food out the bag and putting it on a tray, as good customer service would), the lady working there proceeded to stare me dead in the eye after I said that as if I’d asked her to remake all my food (I literally said ā€œoh I thought I got it for dine inā€) and just repeated herself saying ā€œhere’s your food sirā€. At that point I just took it. Nobody seemed happy to be working there or like they wanted customers to return.
Environment; it was hot. Really hot. I was wearing shorts and a short sleeve, it must’ve been around 28° in there with no exaggeration.
To anyone that read this far, go somewhere else you deserve better.
To the owner or manager reading this, please change lots of things and make it a presentable location.

Worst branch in Canada. They always serve at least 2 days old food. Then disrespect you when you complain. Extremely poor service and food.
