Well its been a very long time since ive been here and despite the updated look of the interior this place has gone seriously downhill. Also I cannot believe how expensive the most basic tacos they have are now. I know times have changed but wow over $8 for two tiny tacos that I easily finished in a few bites

Worst customer service experience i have ever had. I waited 35 minutes in the drive through for my order, which never came. I finally went inside to speak with the manager. I said I would like my food and a refund. He gave me my refund. I waited for my food and he came up to me and asked why I was still there! He told me that I got my money so I needed to leave. I was quietly waiting and patient. I should have at the very least gotten my order plus a refund. I would expect coupons as well but I was dismissed and showed the door. Disgusting. I would never treat a customer like this. I wish I could give 0 stars. Trust me my friends and family will never return. I will be sharing my experience all over social media.

Food tasted good. But because of the bad service and really unprofessional way of making the food and really dirty restaurant throughout, hair on tables and tables not wiped.
I like taco bell, but I'm not planning to come back to this one!!

Worst experience ever my meal was flattened and tasted like it was cooked a couple of days before my wife's meal was wrong the service Personnel argued with her while she was pointing out what was supposed to be in her meal that she ordered and for them not to substitute things just for the hell of it This is not the first time our orders have been wrong. Please do not go here and waste your money. I would give it a zero rating but the app needs a one-star to post

Ordered off DoorDash when my food arrived no word of a lie. My food was ice cold. I live within 10 minutes from this location no rhyme or reason should this food have been freezing already sounds like they need to do some serious training I’ve quit eating tacobell but my wife wanted it so I thought I’d give it another shot once again from this location extremely disappointed

On Nov. 29/25 at c. 5:00 pm at the 1651 Regent Ave. location I ordered 10 items from the Taco Bell menu to give to other family members. It was busy and I was in a rush, so didn't check to see that I got everything. Later I found out that I only got half the order, but was charged for the whole order. So, overcharged by c. $40 not inc. tax. Never going there again.

This review has nothing to do with the ppl working there, this complaint of for corporate or the franchise owner. Went there for lunch and noticed they got self check out kiosks. Not against them, but they no longer do human services, you have to use the kiosk to order. The kiosks were very finicky, super sensitive to touch so when you're trying to scroll you'll open a menu you didn't want. On-top of that they were very laggy and stuttery.

When you first order it asks you to choose take out or dine in. After I did my order I was still asked 3 times of it was for inside or takeout... I also had to argue for an item that wasn't on the receipt, but sure enough it was on there system.

You also cannot add or change anything on your order, I wanted to remove beans from a burrito but there was no option to, usually you can talk to the human taking your order to add and customize things, but on the kiosk you cannot. You also cannot add extra beef or anything to any item. Once you select something else you want to add it removes the first item that was selected... Even tho it shows it will be an extra charge it still only selects one item at a time..

While kiosks are a great way to keep things moving and to ease lunch rushes, they are not be all solution. Humans are still needed at the end of the day to take orders and make sure things are correct. Taking that away leaves you with just more headaches and stress on both staff and customers.

Went there to get dinner, the entire store was a mess, sticky chairs and all surfaces such as drink machine and counter were super gross. No bathroom toilet paper in either washrooms, and the toilet doesn't even flush. Not to mention the horrible wait time, definitely don't order here if you're in a rush. Counter staff were incredibly rude multiple times and multiple people when informing them about the washroom and messed up order, as if that's our fault and were being annoying just for communicating.

I ordered a crunchwrap combo with nacho fries, and instead of fries I find nachos in my bag. Service was pretty shitty, I felt like they couldn't communicate well
