Two days ago my friend went through their drive thru late evening and they did not acknowledge he was there even though he called “Hello” numerous times over 10 mins. He called the store by telephone and when they asked if they were open they said yes, drive thru only. He said he is at drive thru and no one is responding. They asked “are you the one who keeps saying hello?” so it’s obvious they knew he was there. They told him that there was something wrong with the sensor but even still, they made it clear they knew he was there. They made him wait 20 mins for food and still messed up the order. Today, at 12:30 we went into the drive thru line and got stuck. It was the same thing for all of us in line. They would not speak to you through the speaker. This caused a big backup. Many gave up and drove off when they got to turn towards the window but easy exit is blocked because of the massive sign blocking the way so you are stuck if someone is at the window. The guy in front of me pulled to the window and I timed that it took 10 mins for him to just PLACE his order and after paying, he was parked. I pulled up and asked if their speaker was broken and the woman said “no we’re just busy” It took me 5 mins to make my order and pay and I was still parked. One of two things is happening 1) This is a deliberate tactic by staff to deter drive thru orders, (my suspicion otherwise why wouldn’t they put up a sign saying drive to window) or 2) the staff do not know how to operate the equipment and have no supervision. This place is brutal.

THIS is what they call a cheesy Gordita crunch...now. It's supposed to be overflowing with cheese in between. When you're paying $18 for a meal at Taco Bell now it better be worth it. It clearly isn't.

I am making this review now to warn others, don’t come to this location at night. They will rip you off without telling you. Ordered a taco supreme? Guess what no tomato for you. Bean Burrito? No onion for you. Guacamole? Even though you paid for the 7 layer burrito? Not a chance. If you ask them why it was missing they will tell you they are out of stock. Maybe you should mention that before I order it then? And they are very rude. Never do I ever have this experience during the daytime, only at night. 3 times they ripped me off and they will refuse to give you a refund if you ask.

Taco Bell is so good. Omg. Everything from crunch wrap, burritos, to tacos, Baja blast, and cinnamon delight. Omg the nacho fries. Taco Bell is my new favourite food. It satisfies all cravings.

This was probably the best customer service I have ever recieved from a fast food restaurant. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ask how I'm doing and make sure to tell me they hope the rest of my day will go well. The place was very clean and the food very very quick and delicious. I even forgot my phone at our table and they put it behind the counter for me.

They were extremely difficult got everything wrong food was cold and for the price I’m paying 🙄. They were ice cold like I was ruining there life by being there the place was a tiny bit clean but tell my why there was a child like 5 year old child in the back walked around the kitchen unsupervised. There was one guy that was nice except for the fact that the kid was his like are u frl will never go again I can tell why all the Taco Bells are closed except for like 2 should have just gone to a&w

I ordered the value box through doordash. They forgot my taco, dip, and gave me the wrong drink. The Chalupa and Burrito had a few chunks of meat and filled with 99% lettuce. The nachos supreme is 7$ for a tiny box the size of your hand. This is the same building I ordered KFC from, which they also messed up my order. The manager clearly doesn't care who they hire and put out there to serve customers.
