it's super busy during dinner, so you should probably go at off times if possible. regardless of when you go as long as you're willing to wait some time during the rush, the food will always be the same and the front workers will make you feel like you matter despite everything going on.
It's taco bell what can I say, foods never hot, half the time the ingredients are just thrown into the wrap/taco without a care, Ill still go eat it tho 🤣
February 28 I got some food. It was hecktic and my order had missing items, I called when I got home with my receipt and told them the items, I went today to redeem those items, and they quickly and respectfully replaced the missing items from the last order. And took my order for other items. The team were amazing and friendly !
Had a beef grilled cheese burrito…absolutely delicious I even went in for another after the first heavenly experience. Set my taste buds on a 3 day bender to paradise and back. 10 out of 10 recommend.
So it takes like 45 minutes for 1 chicken burger. Zero customers in line, drive thru or counter. Please explain? Wow. (Yes i slightly exaggerated it was closer to 25 minutes which is still way too long when there's no customers.
I went to this location on nov 21 i order crunchwrap with beans and fries supreme with beans, I repeated my order so many time that i want everything with beans. I picked my order from the drive thru and had a bite of crunchwrap it was beef, i never eat meat my whole life( it’s a sin for me) to eat meat. When i went back inside the store they treated it as a normal mistake but it is not a small thing for me to serve a meat to anyone who never eat a meat. Totally worst place in terms of experience and customer service. I did wrote a review to kfc seven they didn’t respond.
The young man at the window was clear, concise, polite and prompt, best service I've had at any taco bell. Oct.29th 4pm.

First of all they charged me 32 dollars for a meal all I wanted was a crunch wrap meal and 1 beef taco. They charged me for 2 beef tacos I received one. They told me there was no fries but would give me nachos supreme free instead (they charged me 2 bucks) so I get home look at the charges figure out they’ve basically increased my meals price by roughly 50% considering I got half the food from what I paid for. I call them telling them I want a refund they say they can’t refund without the food and to bring the receipt In I drive 15 minutes back there for them to say they’ll give me the fries (which they said they were out of which they were not) and one taco. Not even an apology or anything instead the manager wants to fight with me…. Would not give me the owners contact info or the general managers info. After about 5 minutes I get my FULL REFUND not even a sorry or anything I won’t be back and I will be contacting head office. Never going back ever again.

Trace is such a good guy definitely deserves a raise. He was so nice and helpful with everything Made my day how nice and thoughtful he was.

I keep going to this location every time only because of its location and after every visit I have buyers remorse. Always a long wait to place your order and probably double or triple the time from order to get your food. I always witness people waiting in line to order but leave out of frustration it's taking too long. I also did the survey on back of receipt one time to get a free item; the manager was arguing with me he didn't want to give it. The tables in the dine in portion are always a dirty with left over food. The hand sanitation has been out for months and last time I was there it was ripped off the wall. It's just so very unorganized and you can clearly tell from management to front line worker they don't care. Adding one extra worker there would be a huge game changer and probably not have people walk out. Tarnishing the experiment and brand. But, who am I, I keep coming back for some odd reason....
