You sit here for half an hour or longer waiting for your order and they ALWAYS get it wrong. You can go into the store and wait and they get it wrong. It doesn't matter what way you order it's always wrong and extremely slow.The staff is also very moody to you for 0 reason.I come for food not an episode of Big Brother

Every time I come here I wait way too long for my food. At the time of writing this, I was told to park at the front to wait and it's been 20 minutes since I paid. The service is terrible, the people at the window never make eye contact or say anything besides handing the pay terminal and handing the food. The worst customer experience I've had in fast food.
this is to let you know about my recent visit to KFC/Tacobell located at 3651 Portage Ave, winning, MB R3K2E7. I order 6 items in Taco Bell menu 2 fries supreme, 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 cheese roll ups and when I asked for about 15 hot sauce pouches then the manager told that I can only get 4 hot sauce pouch and if I want more than that I need to pay for extra pouches at rate of 1 $ per 4 pouches. I asked is this tacobell policy she said no but we are charging if person want any thing more than 4 pouch. I asked even if I order 1 item I can still get 4 she said no matter number of items on bill I can only get 4 if I want more need to pay extra and they made me pay extra 5 $ and charged me for SD chili.This is customer exploitation and it’s only happening at this location other tacobell I go to in Winnipeg never chagrs for hot sauce pouch.Please take strict action on this if this not Tacobell policy why charge for extra ?

I got 4 crunchy tacos ($13). I'm assuming there is a beef shortage with the amount of beef on my tacos (maybe 2 tbsp on each and that's pushing it). My wife also had a chicken quesadilla.....again, there must be a chicken shortage because there was only a couple pieces of chicken for the $12 price tag. Definitely do not recommend eating here. Seems to be a recurring issue with this restaurant.

I made a order through Uber eats for some taco bell.After ordering,the wait time jumped to 48 minutes even though they were two minutes away from me.I could not wait that long so I immediately canceled the order.The next day I got charged the entire full price of the order because the restaurant claimed they already started the food to Uber eats .1)I canceled immediately2)It does not take 48 minutes to make a taco bell taco and I only live down the street.3)They charge me entire full price but send no food .You clearly lied about starting the food to steel money from me and not send any food because I wasn't going to wait 48 minutes for you to prepare a taco and burrito that takes 3 minutes to make each.KFC TACO BELL in unicity has sunk to a new low of stealing from people.Do not order from these scammers on Uber eats or any other delivery app if you don't want to be ripped off.I would say don't use Uber eats as well for allowing this shadey practice.

Wasted my time and money, i think it's time for you guys to remove all the pictures of your product on your menuboard and ads. It is super different on what you actually serve. In fact I could honestly say that you are robbing your guests with the quality of products you serve.

nice service i guess but the actual orders take a ridiculous amount of time, (working in fast food before i know they are just lazy, no fast food item takes more then 10 minutes and they take 30 minutes consistently, i have not come here and not been parked too wait for my order) and they refuse too take orders 30 minutes before they actually close. do better taco bell

Went to drive thru at 9:36pm. An automated message came on saying they are currently closed. Turned the corner to leave and there was someone at the pickup window waiting for their order. They were clearly not closed.
