I came here about 2 days ago, and I'm not from the city either, but I am still fighting this horrible food poisoning!! I ordered the beef crunchwrap supreme and now i instantly regret it! It's been 2 days now! It's the kind of food poisoning that'll take you straight to the ER. Over all tho the service was really good and they were super fast as well! But the restaurant is dirty itself and smells very bad like sewage water. DO NOT DRINK THE POP!! Whatever water they us for it IS NOT NORMAL WATER!! If you let your drink sit for a bit and then smell it later it smells exactly like what the inside of that restaurant smells like! Only positive was from how fast the service was other then that I wouldn't recommend anyone going here unless you want to spend the next few days in bed sick! Please go to a different taco bell, just because it's in st.vital doesn't mean it's nice.

PARKING LOT IS WORSE THAN THIRD WORLD AND THE RESTAURANT HAS NOT BEEN RENOVATED SINCE 1988. CALLED HEAD OFFICE AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO MARKET FORCE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE. I was quite disappointed with this visit. The service I experience was fast and polite, unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star review as I don't think there is an alternative when you go through a drive through and do not receive everything you ordered.I double checked my receipt and I was charged for fries that I didn't receive. Thankfully they hadn't charged me for the fries supreme upgrade I had requested or I would have been out more money.The cinnamon twists I received with my order tasted horrible. The only way I could describe the flavor is "rancid canola oil". I immediately spit them out and asked another person to verify that I hadn't contacted covid and my taste buds were functioning. Thankfully they confirmed that the twists did indeed taste horrible.I wish they would let me rate the visit as 0 stars.

Book the next day off. You will be sick for sure. Parking lot and drive though are like a Syrian war zone. Staff were slow and gave me nothing close to what I ordered. And the restaurant inside is about as well kept as an inner city soup kitchen.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could!!! It takes over 20 mins in the drive thru everytime I come here and everything is so chincy and cold and poor customer service! Also the drive threw badly needs work it's full of pot holes and uneven gravel. I will not be going there again

Fries were cold by the time i got to the car, and my fountain drink was luke warm and tasted....dirty. However, my cashier was very helpful, and my taco was decent. So basically steer clear from fries, and buy a bottled drink.
