I was there for a pickup and saw very u professional treatment of an employee by fellow colleagues and managers. The young guy at cash seemed to be new and was being mistreated by them.I asked him that how much time will it take for my order he went back at kitchen i was seeing him he asked and the lady working behind didn’t answer him and made a rude face. And finally after 40 mins i got the order. Not complaining about the order but i didn’t like the mistreatment of a young man. These old ladies make it a big deal if someone is new dont scare em up and mistreat your employess in front of customers

This Taco Bell had dirty floors and dirty tables. they had 3 people working and someone had to call a worker over to clean their table. service was super slow and the workers were yelling at each other and being extremely loud making it impossible to dine in. would not recommend this location

The server at the drive-thru handed me my drink by tipping it into my car, but hadn't been paying attention when affixing the lid, so the beverage spilled into my car, into my hair, onto my clothes and all over the dashboard. He barely reacted to help until his manager stepped in with cleaning supplies. We asked for our meal to be remade so it could be fresh since it took a while to clean the vehicle, but the server got annoyed, shoved the food and beverage into my hands and demanded the cleaning supplies back. We returned our cold and inedible food and left empty handed, other than a car full of sticky drink. The manager didn't offer us a refund, or to comp the meal, or make it right in any way, despite the fact that we now need to take our vehicle to the car wash and get interior shampooed. Worst drive-thru experience of my life, hands down.

On drive thru waiting since 20 min and they are taking walki’in oders I don’t think so i am visiting taco bell again
Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, a loaded dill pickle fry and a dill pickle chicken sandwich. The fries had almost NO toppings and the crunch wrap supreme had like 5 cubes of tomato (extra tomato costs extra), there was barely anything in the crunch wrap supreme. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Taco Bell is disappearing. The one on Fermor is closed. Only a KFC now. We were craving it though so we drove out of our way. Very polite workers and the food was the usual delicious crap that is not good for you. But we enjoyed it! And slept well lol. Oh, loves me some Taco Bell.

If you’re looking for fast service, steer clear of this place. They will send you to the parking lot even for a Diet Coke.
I’d rather wait 15 minutes at a real taco restaurant than at Taco Bell. Don’t even consider going here, not even if it’s the last option on Earth. 🌍
