Took 30 minutes in the drive thru today for one cheesy gordita crunch and one crunch wrap. The food wasn't hot. No apology for the long wait. Food is also half the size it used to be for double the price. Disappointing.

Pembina Highway location
Went in to order food. 2 people walked by, never took the order. Drive through served 3 customers, all in Pakistani. Two ladies at the counter were Pakistani. After 12 minutes I asked if I could place my order. Was told I would have to wait until the drive through was cleared. I told the younger lady, I arrived before anyone was in the drive through, and that she took 3 orders while ignoring me. She said some to the older lady, the laughed and went about ignoring me again. The chinese manager walked by, i asjed her to take the order, she said she was busy at the back. I walked out. No apology, no order.
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AS THEY WILL TREAT YOU AS A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN IF YOU ARE NOT OF THEIR CULTURE.

Very slow. Every time I come here I have to wait 30 minutes for 2 tacos. Im waiting on my food as im writing this, it's been about an hour. This is ridiculous. My fiance is threatening to eat me, please give us our food soon.
Guy working the DT was rude and straight up ignored me when i asked if the condiments i paid for was in the bag. He just looked at me and walked away. Train your staff to have provide better guest experience. People that don’t care about that should not be working there at all

The wait times are absolutely horrendous! I ordered at 11:12 and didn’t get my food until 11:34….like what the hell kind of”fast food” is that. No apology for anything either, god awful and will never come back to this location again. I hope it shuts down.
