Hey it’s Mori and honestly my best advice for this location is to fix the screen with the speaker built in for orders. It’s not working out for your employees or your customers when you can’t communicate your orders and they’re getting orders wrong. I’m saying it here to be respectful!!!

Why can't you buy KFC and Taco Bell stuff together? What's the point of combining the 2 in one building if I have to buy separately? And if you are going to do that why aren't the menus seperate?

Went today to pick up Taco Bell for my kids . We barely ever get it as we live outside of wpg. Staff was pretty rude when I had asked how much the total was , wouldn’t talk to me and just handed me the receipt. Halfway home I decided to check the bag, and the fries supreme was dumped all over the crunch wraps we got. Out of 54$ of food, the only thing salvageable was my daughter’s popcorn chicken. Everything else was soggy and full of fries supreme. The crunch wraps weren’t even sealed and tossed in the bag, not even closed. This was the worst fast food experience I’ve had to date. Tried to call the restaurant, no one would answer. I could not turn around as I had to be home in time to pick up my kids from school. I’ve reached out on social media with no response and also tried submitting a complaint online but ofcourse that won’t work. Talk about a waste of money and time.
Got fries supreme and came with almost nothing in it. I also ordered extra cheese sauce and other sauces and didn’t get those. Crunch wrap didn’t have a lot on it either. Was mostly meat. Would never order from this location again

I want to give location 5 stars but some of my favorite items like the chalupa are inconsistent. Sometimes over cooked and crunch, sometimes no crisp at all. And the biggest offense is they are stingy with giving hot sauce packets.
Overall a good location.

Order 2 cruncy taco and one bean supreme burrito. Tacos were stale. They have big place glass in front and trying to order thru that glass is pain. Half of the dining area was not in service. They put barriers in front of it. Paid $23 total. Paid $ 11.50 for 2 tacos. Will never be back.
