I expect the large mexi-fry cup to be full, not half full. Next time I’m going to get a scale and weight it, if I ever actually order front there again and I’m no joking. The standards are not being met obviously by the constant poor reviews and I am 1000% without improving customer satisfaction the location will surely close dispute being there for decades.

This used to be a decent location, now their tacos taste like garbage. Service is not great either. The mexi fries were stale and the burritos were cold and wadded together. They dont care.

Staff very rude. Mild sauce was horrible. Was watered down very runny all I could taste was ketchup. Ordered 2 meals only gave one fork when went back they threw it in counter. They were rushing everyone and making mistakes on 3 orders ahead of me.

All the food in the food court picked Taco Time. Won’t do that again. Got a taco salad it was all lettuce a sprinkle of cheese and little chicken. Same with my husband’s soft taco it was all lettuce. Not worth the price. Not going there again.
I love taco time but this one is unbelievably horrible. I will never recommend this place

lady who took our order was on her cell phone the whole time, and the burritos we ordered were so salty and gross. my boyfriend got a headache instantly after eating it, and i felt super drowsy like i had been drugged. will never go there again. crappy service and crappy food.

I ordered a salad from Taco Time and was extremely disappointed. It was soggy, watery, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I politely mentioned this to the staff, and instead of offering to fix the issue, the employee argued with me and said, “It’s always like that.” No apology, no attempt to make it right—just attitude. If this is the standard they’re okay with, I won’t be coming back. Completely unacceptable.

Food order at 14:17, I ask to cut it in to two pcs but behaving like non professional, even went out while talking to me, felt insult.. very rude behaviour just because not listening and walkout while talking. Receipt attached.
Very poor customer service, the 2 indian ladies doesnt have hospitality service and was talking very rudely. Worst taste of taco ever, didnt expect it taste like garbage. Not worth it to spend the money!

I tried reaching out to complain and no one responds. Head office give your head a shake at who’s operating your franchises.
I never even received a response back from head office or the owner. I’m reading reviews and this seems to be a reoccurring theme. Take some ownership on who you have operating your franchises. Are your franchisee agreements thst poor?
