Very disappointing experience!! The “new” taco salad and cheezy bean and corn quesadilla combo’s were ULTRA expensive for what we got! Nothing like the pictures at all-sort of like 'false advertising'!! We recall Taco Time being great value for the price! It’s sad, that it’s anything but that now! 👎👎👎 Shame on you Taco Bell!

Ladies were very chatty and giggly and the girl who made my el cruncho crunch wrap first put ground beef on it, realized it was suppose to be chicken, scrapes the ground beef off ripping the wrap and continues to make wrap, my 7 year old could have put it together better.. and for 10$ what waste of money.

Would love to love taco time but they are really working hard to ruin their establishment. I buy about $15 in food and ask for 3 hot sauces. They give one per food item. Rather than satisfy a customer, they prefer to nickle and dime. Good luck for that approach is all i can say. At the time i write this you have a dismal 2.9 rating, and exceptional customer service could easily change this.
