Wish I'd seen reviews before trying their food. Tasteless, small portions and the tater tots tasted like they are using old oil. Staff were more interested in speaking to one another than customers. Not doing this again!

The worst food I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food was rotten and not edible. The customer service might be the worst I have seen. When I asked for an explanation, she kept telling they had $4000 in sales, also went onto admit they have bad customer service and won’t do anything to keep customers satisfied. All the employees were extremely rude and saying how the food was meant for white people. They did not give a refund or remake our food. Upon multiple requests and an argument they agreed to give us something remade. They gave us the tiniest taco with lettuce which was horrendous…Never eat at this place. The employees were incredibly rude and the food was garbage..!

This place and the food are questionable. I ordered two Chicken Ranch Burritos (the 2nd was half price) and Mexican Potatoes. The lady taking the order asked me twice whether I do not want the combo - which I declined, fortunately, because then obviously the half-price does not apply anymore. The potatoes were excellent but the burrito - no. It did not taste anything like ranch dressing but something undefinable. Most importantly, there were grains (I guess rice and barley) mixed in with the lettuce and chicken; I also found some beef inside. It looked to me as if they put all kinds of cheaper or left over foods into the burrito which had no business being there. I think this business and their food preparation should be inspected.

Went there for the burrito but one get a second half price, told them that’s what I wanted while ordering to be clear. Asked me if I wanted a combo. My bill looked high when I paid, so I questioned it. They then informed me after the fact that they don’t do the BOGO on the combo. Also, were reluctant to let me see itemized receipt. I call a scam.

Tanmay and Raj were the ones who served me and provided me with the information as a first time consumer trying Taco time. The food was what you would expect for a Taco place that its establishment is based on being fast and quick. You won't get a 5 star meal here but with trial and error you will find some food you like. I was overall happy with the food and the service was excellent.

Worst food and worst customer service. we had 5 tacos quick meal and it was first time at this store. we were served with a hair in one of the tacos. The lady behind the counter didn't see the hair in veggie bean mix plus we didn't had any idea #tacotime don't add any sauce in there taco its just taco shell lettuce tomato and veggie bean mix thats it.Dietary restrictions: worst food ever had.
