Taco Time has been around for a long time and I have been a customer for almost all of it. Quality has never changed and everything is as good as it was way back when. We were at a food court location which never gets 5 stars for atmosphere. And you have to love Toonie Tuesday!

Food was ok however, when I got to the counter, there was no one in line in front of me for waiting for food the staff members in the back talking to each other. One of them might’ve been working after waiting there for a few minutes. Finally, someone came to the till but before taking my order, they checked their cell phone before saying a word to me, and then somebody else prepared the food after a few moments, but they did walk around like they were looking for something when all the ingredients are right behind the counter. The sense of urgency for a customer seem to be lacking and this was at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. It wasn’t like it was a lunch rush.

Ordered chicken taco salad
Chicken was raw; tried to take it back and the agent said it was cooked. Random customer chimed in and said it was not cooked. Rudest customer service and food will make you sick

I ordered a beef cruncho and asked for extra sour cream on the side and payed extra for it, I didn't get it and they told me it was in the wrap. I'm almost done eating and there isn't any sour creme in my wrap. I just wanted my sour creme.
