Every time I pre order online - my order is never ready. So today I arrived a little late for this very reason only to find they had goofed my order. I added an ingredient as I always have in the past - the server said it wasn't working and the wrap kept busting and said the extra ingredient would be on the side. I rejected that notion and said I always have the same order - no problem. She then rebuilt the order but not after lying to me to cover up her error. Very nice to be lied to. Take out. Maybe last time.

Watching my tacos sit on the prep counter open getting cold well she decides to take someone else order. Why would you not wrap up my tacos before they get cold? Finish making something and then take the order common

Supposed to get the second burrito half price on Thursday’s but was charged full price. Only realized after I got home. No cheese on my mexi fries deluxe - couldn’t see it or taste it. Just poor considering the price. $33 for 2 burritos and mexi fries to share. No drink. No extras. Next to no chicken on the burrito and lettuce tasted old. Yikes guys get it together.

I ordered two deluxe Mexi Fries and a beef burrito, the beef was LOADED with hot spice, our mouths were on fire! Skip the Dishes covered half the refund, not impressed with this Taco Time at all!!!!!

Garbage. Staff are unknowlegeable and are gas jockeys doubling as fast food servers. For fans of wasting $20 on grosser than hygard meat subs, I highly recommend. A real disgrace to Taco Time. Yikes. I can only imagine the quality of a "taco-Tuesday" crunch of business. There's a better location closer, just Google it and thank me later.

3 StrikesFirstly, I'd say I go to a Taco Time for lunch probably once every couple of weeks. My fav's are Crispy Meat Burrito, Beef Taco Salad and Mexi Fries. I've now been to this store 3x's. My first order was a Crispy Beef and fries. Both items tasted like a combination of oil with a hint of Curry. I suspect the fryer may not have been up to temp and the oil may have been used to cook other food items. My second and third attempts were Beef Taco Salad. Both times were an epic fail. Meat seems like its lacking the Taco Time flavor and is COLD. Salad was old, very skimpy on the toppings and the shell was definitely stale. On all three occasions I felt like I was imposing on the staff even though I was the only one in the store at the time. Love Taco Time but this location not so much!
