This comment pertains to the evening staff. Not much quality of service goes towards the food process or customer service. During the afternoon is great. Was here Fri March 22/24. Pay more attention to the public currently being served and less to your buddy standing at the counter till my order was done.

I had a large beef burrito here. The portions are not that big. But it was very tasty??. Unfortunately the waiting time was a little longer because it was busy at lunchtime.

During my last visit I ordered quite a few items and a large fountain drink. Got to my table, ate my food and realized they did not give me my drink. Went back to the counter about the drink and the worker, which i think was a supervisor told me she is sure she gave it to me. She didn’t even serve me. We argued back and forth as i asked her if she is saying i am lying. She just kept reiterating she is sure i got one. Eventually she did give me one but she did not want to nor apologize for me not getting one. Well, no more going here and I don’t recommend anyone go here with this kind of attitude.

Visited on Burritto Thursday to get the buy on get half second deal and really disappointed. The classic was all lettuce and with thin add ons for cheese and beef, the beef and chees was smaller in size but full of beef, crisp meats are always good. So my problem is I was charged for the lowest cost crispy beef with a discount for 2, but full charge for the other 2 burriottos. Not a deal at all and feel overcharged and took advantage off with portions. What happened Taco Time, Covid and supply chain issues are over so no excuse to rip off the customer, is there. You used to be so good a couple years ago.

Bought a large mexi fries deluxe and was very disappointed with what I received. Waited nearly 10 minutes for mexi fries to be done, the portion size was disappointing and not worth the price... And the mexi fries were slathered in cheese sauce so much that they were soggy by the time I got back to my table. Usually this place is one of my favourites but they've been going downhill lately...
