It's old.It needs to be updated.The food came out.My partner's wings were cold like not just cool, not warm but cold.They did rectify the situation, but you have to do things right?The first time, but you know what?I'm gonna be honest.The food is never being great there.I don't go a lot, and this is why I really think that they really need an overhaul of the whole place.The girls that were serving us were fantastic.Don't overhaul your staff because the staff is not the issue.When it's the kitchen and the actual dirtiness of the place.

Terrible service, ordered a drink and after over an hour it still hadn’t arrived even after the whole table received their drinks. Told the waitress multiple times and still nothing, had to have it removed from the bill. Never come to this location

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Britney is hands down the best server at The TAV! She’s always so friendly, funny, and just genuinely awesome. Every time we go, she remembers me and my boyfriend right away, which makes it feel so welcoming and personal. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone’s having a great time — she’s honestly a huge reason we keep coming back!
What really stood out to me was when she gave me her own change so I could play darts, just so I didn’t have to go to the ATM — and she wasn’t even my server that day! She totally didn’t have to do that, but it just shows how thoughtful and kind she is. Britney always makes the whole experience better. The TAV is seriously lucky to have her — I wish she could be our server every single time!❤️

Just can’t seem to get the service portion right. It’s always a hassle to get served and the timeline to get what you’ve ordered is extended; however there is always time for the servers to be chatting. I’ve walked out a few times now - which is only a block away thank goodness.
I will note the food is OK for bar food.

I've organized gatherings at this Location for almost two years now with 50+ people everytime. The Managers are awesome when it comes to booking, and the staff, servers and waitresses are amazingly accommodating considering the volume of people and orders. They've always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Shout out to Ali, Faith, Katelyn, and Jade, thanks for being great.

Updated Aug 20, 2025 The staff are too busy chatting at the bar to notice guests arriving. The waitress knows nothing of the menu. Barely comes to the table and expect a 20% tip. No thanks. Tips now start at 18% and go to 26%. How about making it to the table and keeping my pop full. How about checking on my table after the food is brought out. What a disappointment. I can not say if I will return anytime soon.a
