Food was ok. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Beautiful out. Sat on the roof top patio. Only 5 tables in the whole place. Started off great. Ordered out drinks and then decided what we wanted for lunch. The food took a really long time. When we asked when it was coming
We were told there was only one cook. Waitress forgot to enter our appetizer. Finally got our food. My fiesta salad was to come with chicken or beef. I specifically asked for chicken. It came with no meat. When j asked the waitress she was unsure if it came with the salad or not. Had to go check. Came back and said yes it is supposed to have. She then asked if I still wanted it. I refused as I didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour for it. Manager was around prior to that. Chatting with the bartender and waitress. Why was he not helping the cook? They finally brought our appetizer. Which they comped and gave us 50%off our meals. This was much appreciated. However more communication and a little more thought on the management to help the cook would have been better. Food was good. Nothing wow. But good. I would probably go back again. Hopefully that was a one time fluke.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would.
Horribly slow service on the rooftop coming from the bartender whom was my coworker at thermea at one point ….. as goes for the waitress maybe put your personal life on hold while your at work because I wa the one paying not my friend , so the ridiculously long wait time and the screwed up order and the constant mean mugging was unnecessary.
That’s something I would never do coming from someone who works in customer service for a living!
I’d maybe have a talk with all three staff that night because there was less than 5 tables aside from us and the 1-2 hour wait for my friends order was ridiculous & so UNPROFESSIONAL!

The popular rooftop patio is often closed due to weather so call ahead of time to confirm. The massive space for slot machines on the second floor makes for a poorly lit and rather cramped experience for regular bar patrons on days when the patio is closed, though if you're a people watcher, you get to see drunk gamblers crash out and get escorted out by security.

took a friend for a burger here. sat on the roof, by the stack. the food was good, the service was good. but then, when it came time to pay we went up to the til. and we turned around to look at our table...the manager was rushing over to it with an angry look. because we were two native women he was convinced we dined and dashed. how disgusting. i will never go back. im not white enough.

Please hire happy people :) servers on both floors today were so uninterested. Why ask me how my food is if you're going to walk away before i finish answering? Is it not common sense to say hello to someone when they walk up to you? Gross.

Won't be going back which is unfortunate because the rooftop patio has so much potential.

Our server was pretty bad forgetting an order, blaming bartender for missed drinks. It took about an hour for our table of 8 to get our food and there was only two other tables being served. The manager ended up serving us and backfilling the server which she quite a bit more professional.

Food is mid and the menu is small. Beer selection could use some local options instead of mostly generic macro breweries.

went last night Thursday for a drink on the rooftop, It had a very cool atmosphere and view. It was my first time being there had great service very good drinks frozen margarita and frozen strawberry drink. We’re both great we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

I would say the place was really nice and the music too, sadly the food wasnt thar worth it for the quality, for example we ordered tbe nachos and we ask for meat and chicken and they were mmm meh, the drink were good but the waiteress was so meh and I wont say rude but you felt like you were bothering her and she constantly was going to other tables without asking us anything.
I would give more stars but the food and that waitress in special, ruided a little but the experience.

If you are looking for a great roof top experience this is a nice location. Food is good and even has some vegetarian and vegan options available. Service is not at par with a lot of other places as servers are either overworked or not in the mood to work. It can be different for everyone. Street parking is available but very limited as the location is busy. Multiple options for paid parking.

Waitress was not there to serve us

Friday drinks after work. Maybe 7 tables on rooftop. 4 Waitresses all at the bar too busy on phones. Got our own menus. 10 minutes later after asking if we sat in closed section we asked for help. Not sure if problem is waitress or poor management. Wasn't very welcoming
