Ribs was burnt outer layer ,inside wasn't really cooked, ordered ribs and wings. I got served pork side ribs. So I don't recommend ordering ribs this place.

Normally I like this place. Normally the food is amazing, and the service is good. Today not so much..I have never felt so rushed in my entire life. Yes I ordered the drink with food but come on let me enjoy the drink before bringing out the half soggy quesadilla, thst I actually had to use my spoon cuz heaven forbid you bring cutlery, never mind the fries? Yup cold and pretty much tasteless. The waitress pretty much felt like she was rushing us. Stop by ask how we are but rush off before the answer. So next jets game we ll go somewhere else. Thank you

Headed here with a few buddies after Pantera, and it was probably the worst service experience I've had in many years. I'd love to comment on the food I ordered, but the server only arrived with our drink bills 30 minutes later, completely forgetting about the wing order. We also had to sort out the bills, because she had no idea.

The food and the service in this place has really gone downhill in tthe last few years. It's too bad because it was a favourite downtown destination. The ribs that I ordered were dried out as well as the fries. The service was spotty too, with my friend's order being messed up. I don't plan on returning here.

Usually when I go there it's an experience. When I do order food it's good worth the value of paid and generally comes on time. Mind you I'm 63 and I get mistaken for being in my middle 80s from premature aging. Find the security staff there is way officious in verifying identification.
