Ordered Noodle soup with chicken and it was huge, almost more than needed for one sitting. Full of my choice of protein(chicken) and vegetables. Thank you for a great on the spot soup. The Mall was loud as usual.

I was assaulted by a female worker over grabbing a plastic fork. 4:15pm 16/02/24. Grabbing someone by the hand who you don't know over a plastic utensil is still a form of assault in this country. She's lucky I'm not the same person I was once and explained it clear to her how much trouble she can get into legally. I think you should explain that to your employees what the policy states on assaulting customers or anyone else while in work uniform. I am considering contacting a lawyer and seeking legal options for this kinda of behavior in this incident. Absolutely unacceptable over a .05 cent plastic fork.

Just finished food from here as takeout.Hardly any meat or veggies. Even the rice was undercooked and tasted a little raw.Won't ever go back. Won't finish my bowl. I had chicken, veggies. Rice and sauce.Don't go here

I always order the Pad See Ew when I come here and they’re always very nice! Most of the time I have one specific lady take my order and she always has a smile on her face while taking my order. The food is always good and consistent when I come to this specific Thai Express.If you are looking for life changing thai food, obviously a mall place isn’t the best option but for something quick and and yummy, this is a great spot with great service!

This was the worse Thai I have had ever. Not going to order thier again. I ask for number 7 with noodles and chicken. I had bean sprouts with little to no chicken and the sauce tasted awful.

I have no idea where these 1 stars are coming from. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal before. I’m gluten-free and they know exactly what I can and can not eat. Super good food and big portions, I’d give it 6 stars if I could.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

It's sad to say, but Thai Express in general is in a downward spiral.I used to enjoy the Pad Thai or the Cashew Stir Fry...but for some reason, the quality and taste has declined over the past year. I'm unsure if they have a new supplier or a new way of preparing the food, but something is definitely off.Neither myself nor my partner were asked for the level of spiciness, and the food is now served on plastic plates. Well, I guess that saves on using plastic straws...(joking)I would not recommend this location if you are trying to decide where to eat in this food court.
Deceptive/outright dishonest pricing and advertising. Do not patronize these thieves. I challenge *anyone* to understand their menu and corresponding pricing.

Ordered yellow curry with chicken, & Thai iced tea. It was just a stir fry, with no flavor, no Thai curry, on plain white rice. Thai iced tea tasted like powdered milk or something. I love Thai food, but this isn't a Thai restaurant, just in their name.
