The individual taking our order was sitting down, eventually came to the register and didn’t even say hello, didn’t speak at all. He then left to the back after taking my order but didn’t come back for 5 mins then took my boyfriend’s order. Same situation, doesn’t speak or say hello. The cook for sure rushed cooked our food because the chicken wasn’t fully cooked and he placed it on the top for pick up and again no communication… I had to ask if it was my order. Horrible experience. Food poorly cooked.

Garbage 17$ for a general thai. Less servings now with chicken is just mostly breading. Like 20% chivken the rest is breading. Not a good value dont eat

Just your average Thai outlet. Service was weird, we went to take our order and didn’t see anyone at first. Then, out of nowhere, like a scene out of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, we heard a quiet voice, and the lady appeared at the register, sitting down hiding behind the computer screen. Sitting down while serving yikes… I get it, it’s late and you want to leave but at least pretend like you want my money.Anyway, we ordered a chicken Pad Thai for my partner, it was decent, no nuts though which was unusual for a Pad Thai. Overall, not bad.

This is by far the soggiest rice that I have ever had. The service is fast but I don’t think my shrimp was cooked enough for my liking. Staff were all on their phone while I’m waiting in line. Two of male staff saw and didn’t pay attention until few minutes. Very unprofessional. I just like to eat and shop on this location but definitely not recommending to eat on this restaurant. I wish take a video of me taking liquid out of it.

I recently dined at Thai Express at Outlet mall and ordered their General chicken fried rice, expecting a delicious and satisfying meal. However, my experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. The chicken fried rice I received was horribly overcooked, leaving me with a tasteless and unpleasant dish.

I order a thai fried rice and it turns out to look like oily and mushy. And the cooks and server are freaking lazy they dont care what they are cooking, always on a cellphone.

Terrible customer service. Every time I walk by this place there is no one at the front. Stood there and had to call someone over after a few minutes while I watched staff in the back. Seemed annoyed that they had to make my food. And then did it within a minute and the noodles were still hard. Also they handed me a plastic container to go that was piping hot and had to ask for a bag so my hands didn’t burn. Awful experience.
