Beautiful place, we had a great evening!
Nice venue and good food with enough vegetarian options
Was alot or fun! Food was good, place was beautiful but was only able to find 2 appetizers throughout the whole event and was pretty excited to get me some more of them! Was cut off too soon

Initial visitThey were very accommodating and friendly.I did not make it up to the main dining area as I believe there was a party going on, but we ate in the lounge instead. We went for poutine week. Toscana Meatball Poutine. It was a good poutine, but we were thrown off by the aromatic basil that they used as a garnish. The actual poutine did not carry that flavor which was a shame, because it seemed to go very well with it. The fries weren't as crispy as I would have liked. Our favorite part was the meatball, but which we could eat seperately.Service 5
I took my girlfriend here for a late Valentine’s Day dinner. It was great. Fancy restaurant environment but very reasonable priced menu. I had the special, steak and lobster. The steak was great, side of potatoes and veggies were great too. Lobster was just okay. We shared a broccoli appetizer which was very good and the mrs had salmon. Great service from our waiter and drinks were good too. Overall great experience and we will be back for sure. Looking forward to trying the rooftop patio out this summer
Great atmosphere, friendly service and good venues
Awesome place highly recommend

I ate in the restaurant on Valentines Day while an event was going on in the theatre. The service was excellent throughout the meal and was very personable. There were items on the menu that were not available (Steak-bites) and my entree was a bit coolish, no doubt because of the event. While the meal wasn't terrible, and the servers were great, I wouldn't go back to the restaurant. There are so many really good places to go that if a place is mediocre I just can't be bothered.

My husband had the Steak and Lobster and he said it was OK. He said that he was disappointed because the steak was thin cut (like a fast fry) and the lobster seemed a bit under done. I had the Short Rib Bourginon and I do not normally order red meat, but I thought that it sounded good, and it was really good! My husband also had the BEST Old Fashioned that he has ever had (hand made by the waiter), and we shared a piece of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake that was to die for! Our waiter was fantastic and the ambiance is gorgeous. Next time I want to come back for the dinner and a movie because that looked super fun.
The place was empty except for one table of 14. So not busy. They ran out of calamari. The other table ate them all really. So we had an other app all good. We ordered salad. But they delivered it with our meal. The kitchen was poor planned that the meals were ready the same time as the salad. Or the fact that there was only one server. Who tried his best but could not be everywhere at the same time. We had drinks first round great. The second the manager made. Were HORRIBLE. The meals I had short ribs. No bones. And flavor. Just tough Prieces of meat. My wife had prime rib. And it was tough as well. It would be better that they close than to put on such a Bad display of food and short staff and service
The restaurant is beautiful - they have kept the lovely vintage feel and decor from the old Metropolitan Theatre. The food was quite good. I had a roast beef sandwich and fries and my companion had the Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich with Bothwell cheddar soup. We ordered off the lounge menu because the lounge was closed for a private event so both the lounge menu and the fine dining menu were available in the dining room. However, we were a table of 6 and the stipulation was that the whole table had to order from the same menu for some reason. Even though the rest of our party wanted to order off the fine dining menu, they were not allowed to do that but they did enjoy what they ordered anyway. The service was slow - we were on time for our reservation at 545 but we did not get our food until 655. We were attending an event in the theatre at 730 so we felt quite rushed to finish our food and get to our seats.
