Tried Derioca Ube Puff and Trio Milk Tea, both were really good. The interior was also nice and gave a good vibe.

Bubble Tea was fantastic! A wide selection and they have an app where you can collect points towards your next drink

Went here recently and got the Derioca Ube Puff, and a Classic Milk Tea. I have been to this location frequently and the drinks have always been consistently good.

This time, the Classic Milk Tea tasted very watered down, the colour was also on the pale side. I was not going to address my concerns initially, but because I have had it before, and given that it was $9, I brought it up to the staff. I am not the type to critique, however, the tea did not taste right.

They offered to remake the same drink, and after a few minutes, came back and explained that they tried the black tea and realized that it was not properly brewed. They apologized to me about the quality of the drink, and offered to make another type of drink. We left with another Derioca Ube Puff, and a good rest of the day.

To the staff who helped me, thank you for being kind and understanding. The situation was handled with grace and I will be looking forward to getting more boba in the future :)

Whatever you want to order they always dont have. 😕 Many drinks to order in their menu but few drinks are always available. They should put it in their menu not available on their list so the customer will not wait and go in the long line 😣

Tea was bland and tapioca was dry in the middle. Plus very expensive for the size

Easily the best bubble tea place in Winnipeg! Very high quality tea and good selection. Also a nice place to visit with friends.

Full respect to the staff for doing their job and sticking to a ridiculous policy made by the owners/management. Went in with my family to order some beverages. I asked for no tapioca for the Tiramisu option they offered. Unfortunately, their standard procedure requires Tapioca for certain drinks. I asked why, and the sole and main reason is because it’s for “presentation purposes”. It’s not premixed, and it’s not needed for texture or flavour consistency, it’s because it’s for “presentation”, to make the beverage “look good”. I personally just don’t like Tapioca and I understand it’s just a preference. However, for a simple request to remove 1 ingredient lost one sale and gained 1 bad review. The employee working told me she had the same issue with another customer not too long ago.! I’m sure there were more before me. Anyways, I didn’t end up buying one just cause they couldn’t remove the Tapioca and it would’ve been a waste if I did get it. On the bright side you still got 2 sales from my other family members and they enjoyed theirs. Anyways, to the staff working, they’re just doing their jobs and following the policy and procedures they been told to abide by. I respect them. Don’t set any repercussions towards them, instead maybe review your guest services experience strategies and methods. Thanks

Taste is very consistent to all other Alley’s around the world. Speaks to the management team in training and representing the brand! Uniqueness comes from the employees that work at this location, who go above and beyond to make sure guests leave happy.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR BEVERAGE!

Last Saturday, I ordered a Crunchy Brown Sugar Milk Tea, suddenly I felt a piece of brown plastic in my mouth (attached pictures). I nearly swallowed it, which hurt my throat and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Shocked by the situation, I called the store, expecting them to take this seriously. The store manager told me that the owner would reach out, but instead, I got another call from the manager, only to be told that there was nothing they could do since I had ordered through SkipTheDishes — meaning I had to contact them directly for a refund.

It wasn’t about the money, expected them to at least investigate the issue, but they didn’t even ask me to send a photo of what I found in the milk tea. When I asked how this could happen, the manager casually shrugged it off, saying, “I don’t know.” That made it clear that quality control and customer care were not a priority.

I was disappointed that the store refused to take any responsibility for product quality and customer safety, simply pushing the refund process onto a third-party delivery service. I expected a more proactive resolution, and frankly, the owner should be made aware of this issue.

I’m sharing this experience in the hope that it helps prevent similar incidents in the future and think twice before ordering from here.

I came here today and ordered the Crunchy Tiramisu Milk Tea — it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly served with just the right flavor and crunch. I love this order and will definitely be coming back for it again!

Their drinks were mediocre đŸ‘ŽđŸŒ. Customer service was decently good.

I love the Deerioca from here, but omw, I've just had a large cup of iced milk and tapioca. So so disappointing. I don't live close enough to just pop back to get it changed. I could have brought milk and ice for less.
As for the matcha strawberry, rather unpleasant the strawberry was missing as the matcha was too overpowering.
All in all, a really disappointing purchase

the drinks were ok, there are so many restrictions to what you can order in what size, what flavour, what you can and can’t remove which makes it so hard to order. And above that, it’s very over priced for how it tastes. It wasn’t all that bad i just think that there are so many nicer places.
