Very conveniently located near Winnipeg Airport and its two adjacent hotels—the Grand and the Lakeland. Good food. Very large portions, suitable for sharing. Friendly staff
Although we live in the city the four of us hadn't thought of dinning at a hotel airport restaurant. We shared several appetizers which were all good with the table favourites being the Brussel sprouts, shortrib quesadillas and the lumpia Shanghai. They have an extensive wine list and the cocktail I had was excellent. Service was also great and parking is validated. Overall a pleasant evening out with friends!
This place pulled the best espresso shot I’ve had in a decade. Absolutely floored me. Great service from long-standing and experienced staff, welcoming to all sorts (brought my baby!), excellent wine list, get the spring rolls.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the food quality and presentation at this airport hotel as you don't typically find such good, inventive dishes.
So unexpected- a great restaurant at an airport hotel, the food, drinks, service and atmosphere were all top-notch and the prices were reasonable. Thank you to our server Mayas who was great.

The food was disappointing. Beef & Vegetable soup-the beef was tough Steak was of poor quality, fish and chips. Chips awesome fish batter not cooked through. T in too hot oil I suspect but a lighter batter would be so much better but the pickerel inside was cooked enough. Hubbies curry was MEH as the shrimp was rubbery and flavour okay. I would never recommend it to anyone and will not be returning. Disappointed but Nell was an amazing server! The cook has some work to do here.
It was great

Came in for a last minute drink after I called the front desk to make sure it was okay as it was close to closing & I was turned away when I showed up by the gentlemen who regularly handles the restaurant/ bar I found it very disrespectful. I’m a regular at the Ywg airport & both lakeview establishments & honestly this employee just put a very sour taste in my mouth.

Great steaks and friendly service.
The ribeye was cooked to perfection and the fresh vegetables were crispy and well seasoned.
The staff was very friendly and the establishment was well kept.
This is a must go dining experience!

Best food ever! Nice waitress. Brownie looks the BOMB!
Friendly service by the bartender.
Tried tofu bowl. Loved the tofu with crsipy covering and melting tofu inside. This is my favourite here now.
Today was my first opportunity in the last 30 days to have something deep-fried. I opted for the fish and chips. When they arrived at the table, I have to admit the food was hot. You did have to be careful not to burn yourself. I like it when my food arrives and you have to wait for it to cool down to eat it.
The french fries were delicious and I found the fish to be delicious as well. I’m not sure if it was me or if it was the way it was supposed to be there was a bit of a layer between the batter and the fish that seemed to be just a little bit undercooked. I would order it again just to be certain. There was two pieces of fish. I couldn’t eat both of them and I couldn’t eat all of the french fries.
My work partner had the beef spring rolls and he said they were delicious.
The waiter was very attentive.
Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. One of the better dining experiences in Winnipeg. Airport / hotel parking is validated.
Always love the brussel sprouts but everything else is great too!
