I bought one of the melts last week at the Jets game and found the crust to be dry, hard and inedible. I took it back, spoke with a chef and a manager. They were nice and made things right. I got a new one and it was quite good and filling. Too bad I had to come back from my seat and ended up missing a Jets goal at the start of the period though.

If I could give it a zero star I would. Husband's sandwich was cold. Fries were cold and old tasting. My sandwich they gave me the wrong bread, put tomatoes on it when I asked for none and slathered in horseradish and it was the only thing you could taste. Absolutely will never eat there again. For spending $50 and "made to order" it's a joke.
