Unfortunately very poor service experience. I placed an on line order for pickup and was given a pick up time of 11 15am. I ended up waiting until 12:20pm to get my order making me very late for my lunch meeting. My order was also not correct. The girls working behind the counter seemed unconcerned and worked at a leisurely pace. Don’t like giving poor reviews but this was an exceptionally bad experience.

Chopped Leaf is one of my go-to spots, especially as someone who needs gluten-free options!! Their menu is clearly labeled, there are lots of choices, The ingredients are fresh, the portions are great, and everything tastes amazing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, which makes a huge difference when you’re gluten-free. Highly recommend!

I had the grilled cheese sandwich and it was grilled to perfection. Better than I make at home. I had it with the chicken soup which was delicious. Going to make this my new go to place every week. Service was outstanding. Thank you

Chopped Leaf is my go-to when I want to eat healthy but still actually enjoy my food. The Mediterranean salad is so fresh and flavourful, it never feels like a boring “healthy” meal. the tofu is elite, perfectly seasoned and cooked in a way most places miss. I always leave feeling good but still fully satisfied. It’s proof that healthy food doesn’t have to be bland.

I ordered the Santa Fe bowl through uber. It arrived with a big helping of bacon bits (which is not in the item description and I did not add), the "cheddar" has weird white bits and the lettuce is ROTTEN. I grabbed a few pieces to photograph for clarity, but all of the lettuce is like this. Uber is, of course, an actual nightmare regarding customer service so I called the restaurant. The woman that answered was very lovely but told me to go through uber (she also said she would ask management but they did not get back to me). So now I'm just sitting here, hangry. 0/10 would not recommend.

Loved your food at the Federal Way, WA, USA restaurant. I wish you would/could open more in Tacoma or the State Capitol!!!!

We ordered grilled cheese sandwich (sourdough bread) for my daughter’s hot lunch from the chopped leaf and she came back hungry and frustrated because all she got was these uncooked white bread loafs and cheap cheese in between. So disappointed with this type of experience and if they think they can serve anything if no one is supervising then its a really bad thing that they are doing

The taste was good, I didn't like the fact that the wrap was in theory warmed but it was cold outside and inside 😓 and there was no soup 😥 I won't come again at this place.

It's the best food and diet to eat. For people with diabetes and to prevent diabetes and dementia which are strongly linked. Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.

near identical experience to eating at freshii, portions here are just a little bigger. the bowl i got was alright, some of the avocado was pretty bruised and the steak was super over cooked. there was also a giant piece of lettuce in the bowl so it was a little disappointing to see a leaf that wasn’t as chopped as they advertised… staff was super friendly though!

They messed up my order for doordash but we're super nice and understanding when I came in to get it fixed and made me a new one no questions asked! I really appreciate the impeccable customer service!

The state of the quesadillas is unforgivable. I liked the salad I tried here, but this alone pulls my rating way down. It was dry, tasteless, and nearly empty—to the point where you can *count*. (E.g., 5 beans, 7 corns, 2 tiny cubes of bell pepper, a little piece of chicken, and a negligeable amount of melted cheese.)

Judging by the dates of the other reviews, these folks *know* how bad it is and still have not improved. Did not finish my quesadilla. Wanted my money back but Uber Eats tells me I'm not eligible.

Big, BIG thumbs down. This from someone who has never written a negative Google review in his life.
