Placed pickup order for poutine for my kids and Rueben sandwich for me. Asked if there was a combo option and was told yes. When picking up the order was charged $24โ€ฆ
The poutine tasted like motor oil, was overcooked and slightly stale. The Reuben was Okay, nothing special.
You had the opportunity to gain a local customer. Would not recommend

Great breakfast options. Perogies pan fried cooked in bacon fat - Excellent. Egg sandwich is good. Croissant or brioche bun may make it better. Current bun is big and bready.

Not sure if they changed ownership. But the lady there now is friendly, made a good recommendations, and a one-person show. Good on her. Place has a retro dinner vibe. I like it. It's a hidden gem.

We enjoyed the chicken fingers. The breading was light n cripsy. Five dollars per finger 6 fingers were definitely 5 stars
For sure planning on returning for more, and will recommend those looking for quality food to try out this place

You cannot beat their daily specials. A sandwich/burger and fries/soup for $12 is a value you rarely see anymore. But everything here is so good I often order off the regular menu anyway ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Had double bacon cheeseburger, fries and a beer.
Beer was good.
Fries, ( homemade) overcooked, ( I didn't mind )to the point the waitress asked if we wanted a new order
Burger was tasty. Too much mustard for my taste. Bun was very dry like it was previously frozen. Just shy oy $70 for the two of us. Exact same meals

I've had multiple people rave about it so I finally caved. Food tasted great! Got a hot N spicy burger with fries. Only complaint was $20 and the burger was as small as a McDonald's cheeseburger. Not much value for the dollar besides the 2 bites of taste. I'll go again and try a lunch special maybe that will be a better bang for the buck
