The service is fast and friendly. the food is tasty, comes quick and pretty healthy which is a rare combo for downtown or anywhere really. it's quiet and the tables are kept tidy. its a little gem hissing away on Broadway. highly recommend for a quick lunch break that won't break the bank. probably one of the last hold outs for pricing post pandemic. they haven't risen nearly as much as everywhere else and the meals are basically cheaper than subway or McDonald's now.

Excellent coffee and hot drink menu, fresh and delicious food options, very friendly staff, and plenty of tables so there's never a problem finding a place to sit. Staff are also very accommodating and keen on providing exceptional service.
Vegetarian options: Three vegetarian food options, as of May 2023: Tré Cheesi Sandwich, Avocado Wrap, and Veggie Kahuna Wrap. Avocado Wrap is my favourite!

This place has been a staple for me for 8 years. Love their breakfast sandwiches, espressos, lunch menu, etc. It's fresh and delicious. Super staff as well.

I tried very hard to enjoy the expereince as my partner and I were dining in. However, we waited about 1 hour to be served, there was no one else ordering, but there was only 1 employee managing the entire day/orders/ect. We waited patiently as we thought maybe it will be worth the wait, but of course with it being just 1 person managing everything, the food was not good! We got avocado wraps and they were not made very well. We did our best to finish eating and then I used the bathroom after eating. Once I used the bathroom I realized there is simply nobody looking after the building maintenance, the building itself is falling apart and decrepit inside, when you look closely. The owner should seriously feel very disappointed for running an establishment so poorly. I understand managing a business is tough right now, but maybe you should ensure employees and customers health are still kept in mind.
