I've been going since opening day when it was called Zestos. Always a refreshing change from normal take out.

First time here and won't be back. Food sounds/reads far better than it is. Small portion, boring, over sauced melt. Could have added a pickle, coleslaw or some other greens with the melt. Ordered a Thai chicken melt and all it was; a small Flatbread with minimal chicken, some grated marble cheese and waaay too much sweet chili sauce. Tasted greasy and wet and honestly way too expensive for that. Inside was just ok. No signage to Washroom area and also dark, not lit. No welcoming expression or feeling from staff. Will not be back.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my mother. She went in with her friend and waited for 20 minutes, while both workers were on their phones (the one was coughing and wiping their nose with their bare hand). My mum and her friend gave up waiting and decided to leave and go to cha cha wow instead, an amazing restaurant in the same strip mall as The Green and Grain. Since Cha Cha Wow is a real restaurant that's interested in making money, my mother and her friend were served in a timely manner by a professional waitress and ate a delicious meal.

Ordered one wrap 2 smoothies, almost 40 bucks

Way to much rice, the wrap had not much chicken and such. Old ownership was good. But I feel they are jacking up prices because less people are showing up and giving less

And rice was mushy

Smoothie was great tho

I wish new owners good luck with this restaurant, but it isn't easy doing what a lady did for 20 years great!

New owners…. Not the same. Bathrooms didn’t seem like they’ve been cleaned in a while.

The food is decent but they have become so cheap on their portion sizes! I have been here about 8 times now always ordering their panini and Cesar salad, every time the sandwich gets smaller and the salad portion gets smaller. I have left still hungry the last few times. For $16+ it is not worth the price.
Won't be going here anymore.

Would not recommend. If you need food it will do but not worth the prices. Unclear communication as to what things are, or what your getting. Won't be going back.

Had the Buddha bowl with chicken and a mango/orange/banana smoothie and both were good. Staff were friendly and quick.

Usually really good, maybe they've been struggling to find workers recently but it took half an hour for 3 sandwhichs and one wasn't even made correctly.
