Very amazing pasta!

I like the hand made pasta, it has a very chewy texture.

The price is lower and the quality makes me satisfied.

Last, the child meal is enough good and child’s like it.

The food was great. We each ordered lunch sized portions, which I am so happy they have this option now. I ordered the tortellini pomodoro it was good, the only thing is I noticed that there were a bit of vegetables that were not soft, but it didn't ruin the meal for me. He ordered the steak and fries which he enjoyed. Our waitress was very friendly, she was attentive to us and making sure that we had everything we needed. The staff are friendly. The food came out on time. We are very happy.

Service from our waitress was excellent, but we had to wait to be seated for 9 minutes before we went looking for someone to help, and she didn't even say sorry for the wait. 3 people in front of us left, who knows how long they were there for.

Virtually zero complaints here. Food was great, I had the tortellini and French onion soup. Exactly what I’d expect. We had Jacob as a server who was attentive and friendly. It was very busy and yet we never felt neglected. Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Haven’t been to this restaurant for many many years and now I don’t know why I haven’t been here in so long. Shame on me.

Paul was a fantastic server.
He made three attempts to get us hot soup and food but it always came look warm, room temperature. I think

It’s the only complaint we’ve ever had about “The Spaghetti Factory” and unfortunately it’s a pretty consistent one that the food is just so very, very lukewarm most of the time.

Good clam chowder, just confusing and hard to find the place from the Main Street entrance. They should have a sign up telling you where to go once you enter the building

I have been here a few times and I always find the food subpar at best. I do think it is a decent place to go for kids though as the price is very reasonable for everything included.

As always, the Spaghetti Factory does not disappoint. The price for value can not be beat. The location is terrific, staff friendly, food yummy, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
