The Original Pancake House

My Grandson & myself were at the McGillvray Original Pancake House today around 12:30 PM. The service was over the top. We felt like royalty. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was full & there were lots of staff. My grandson had the giant ham & cheese pancake & I had the banana split crepes, both delicious..The servers were courteous & amazing.

I have dined at The Original Pancake House 3 times in the last 2 months, and highly recommend it if you are looking for a satisfying breakfast. My favourite is the French Toast Benny. The eggs were cooked to perfection and I really appreciated the pan fried potato accompaniment. The server was polite, friendly, and attentive. It was extremely busy and yet he provided excellent service. The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and energetic. A great place to go with a larger group.

My favorite place for breakfast. it's not expensive, it's tasty and the portions are big! From 930 am to 1 pm, it's kinda crowdy, but the rest of the day, no crowd at all.

Very impressed with the service and crepes! They never let your coffee run out before someone came by. It does get quite noisy as the restaurant fills up... More acoustic panels would be a great addition.

My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was great! My kids had the cutest pancakes ever! Service was quick.

One of the best spots for brunch! The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and generous portions make it a standout choice. The service is excellent, and it’s especially enjoyable on weekends, my favorite time to visit. Highly recommended!

I have to say that I was really skeptical coming to eat here at lunch on a very busy Sunday. I was really pleasantly surprised. Service was good. Food was great. Atmosphere was lovely. Thanks for yummy eggs benny!

Pancakes tasted funny,
Hollandaise sauce was bland, tasted like it was out of a package, eggs were grisly.
Very disappointing!
