Food was almost cold and not that good. Our waitress was MIA, got our order and that was it. We ordered coffee and no one came around to refill it or our waters.

I had the signature giant apple pancake today which is always outstanding, but what stood out today was the excellent service by my server Rachel. She was polite, engaging and very attentive, always with a smile. She seemed like she really enjoyed her work and making sure her customers were well looked after. She’s been there as I found out for 15 years and still doing “service with a smile”. That means so much and goes a long way to customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work Rachel, you are awesome!!
I complemented her manager about her pleasant personality and service.

Both the service and food were disappointing, this is the second time we’ve been here and there has been no improvement, so I doubt we will come again .

A nice little spot for a breakfast or lunch. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which is hard to find on menus these days so I was happy when I spotted it! Service was a bit slow but the place was hopping! I don't really like having to wait at the front to pay, it took awhile for our table to pay with separate bills and waiting for 2 others to finish in line before us. A good variety of food to suit everyone's taste on the menu here so it's great for a large or indecisive group🙂

Always excellent service, food always great.
Only thing I would comment negative, it's very loud when full, the restaurant could definitely use some sound absorbing materials. A bit difficult to hold a conversation.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!
We waited close to a half hour for two classic breakfasts.
The eggs we to be over medium. By the time we got them they were cold which turned them into over hard. Ham was warm at best and tried out.
The hash browns were cold and the toast wasn’t even buttered. The service was BRUTAL!

The only thing that was hot was the coffee.

34$ is pretty expensive for two cups of coffee and a crappy meal

Decent food but you have to look a certain way for good service. Waited about 15-20 before the waitress came over. Everyone else around us were being served but we were being avoided. I used to like the pancake house but not so much anymore
