I had the signature giant apple pancake today which is always outstanding, but what stood out today was the excellent service by my server Rachel. She was polite, engaging and very attentive, always with a smile. She seemed like she really enjoyed her work and making sure her customers were well looked after. A nice little spot for a breakfast or lunch. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich which is hard to find on menus these days so I was happy when I spotted it! Service was a bit slow but the place was hopping! I don't really like having to wait at the front to pay, it took awhile for our table to pay with separate bills and waiting for 2 others to finish in line before us.
