My Grandson & myself were at the McGillvray Original Pancake House today around 12:30 PM. The service was over the top. We felt like royalty. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was full & there were lots of staff. My grandson had the giant ham & cheese pancake & I had the banana split crepes, both delicious..The servers were courteous & amazing.
I have dined at The Original Pancake House 3 times in the last 2 months, and highly recommend it if you are looking for a satisfying breakfast. My favourite is the French Toast Benny. The eggs were cooked to perfection and I really appreciated the pan fried potato accompaniment. The server was polite, friendly, and attentive. My favorite place for breakfast. it's not expensive, it's tasty and the portions are big! From 930 am to 1 pm, it's kinda crowdy, but the rest of the day, no crowd at all.
