My children and I arrived at the rec room at precisely 11:30 am to retrieve a stuffed toy from the claw machine, as my child is particularly fond of the toy we received from that machine. Unfortunately, the machine was not operational. I approached a young woman (whose name I have forgotten) and inquired if there was a way to obtain the stuffed toy. She contacted maintenance and retrieved it for us. My children were delighted. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the young woman who assisted us and the maintenance technician.

First time visiting the Rec Room, and will be the last. We lost 40 credits to games that simply did not work - fine, we accepted that.
The bathrooms - the Menās bathroom was a mess. Trash all over the floor and only a SINGLE basin had soap in the dispenser / a working dispenser.
Then we decided to grab a snack at the shed. Oh boy that was a mistake. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Poutine, and Chicken and Waffle Fries. Everyone else who ordered after us (the same food items, I might add) got their food, and it took 40 minutes for ours. Iām certain other people were given our food and we were then given the excuse of āthe POS system didnāt send the order to the kitchenā - I call BS as I saw my order number of the monitor, and if that was the case, why were the chicken waffle fries sat in the window and ice cold when finally given to us while we waited for the buffalo chicken poutine?
Mistakes happen, but donāt lie and make bullshit excuses when they do. This is also why Iāll never tip before getting my food in the future.

A great way to play games, kill some time, have fun with your crew and maybe earn some points for the gift shop which is one of the reasons im a repeat customer here. Drinks and food can be pricey. Although theyre fantastic, food and drink I mean, the cocktails are overpriced at an average of 15 bucks. Go already drunk or stick to the cheapy drinky
