My partner and I love coming here. The food is good. It's best to come on weekdays if you're looking for a more quiet atmosphere.

The security guard was an ABSOLUTE rude bully extremely unprofessional and has NO people skills he needs to be retrained on how to deal with the public. Not tell a mother and her kids to. Calm down chill out and grow up!!!! Unacceptable. Disgraceful. No one told us or didn’t state that we were not allowed to be in after 11:00 so we stayed until 11:50 and security literally kicked us out!!

Go for the games, not the food/service. Was there for 2.5 hours in the reserved seating last night, was able to get 1 very flat beer after waiting 45 mins (a 10.50 draft that was room temperature; no carbonation left by the time I got it) girlfriend got an aperol spritze that tasted like cough medicine. Food was ok. Didn’t have time to get to the games after as we had to wait an hour just for the server to bring our bills, so we all sat there without drinks while he stood at his computer blaming the bartenders. He tagged 18% on top for himself after all this too. We were his only table as well. Not sure how you can provide such poor service when it wasn’t busy by any means. Receipt says server was Shawn. Won’t be back.

Great place to go have fun with arcade type games, bowling, axe 🪓 throwing as well as an archery range
You'll feel better here. No matter whatever you are going through.be prepared to spend at least 100$ to enjoy axe throwing, archery and bowling all together.

Took my 7yo and bought him $35 in credits. He played basic games and ran out of credits in 15 mins. They have doubled the amount of credits it takes to play most of the games recently. We left feeling disappointed. Do not come here unless you plan to spend well over $100 per person. Terrible value.

I have been coming to the Rec Room for many years. Had an experience where I was playing bowling and had a drink. Me and my friends drink was cleaned up suddenly with 1-2 sips left. The staff denied any responsibly for this. The managers think the staff was right for judging that the drink was completed... when you spend $36 for 2 drinks then you should ask the people drinking it. The customer service was not friendly and professional. It's actually shocking how we were treated. There's no apologies on their side. They shouldn't have young kids running this place.
