Gross and worst food. I was working here but I didn't like the way they are doing it. They are serving all spoiled storage food and rotten. I have all proofs.

Okay, so the first time I went (when it was just the sugarcane) it was amazing, the lady that owned it was awesome and took care of us amazingly. And made the best eggs Benedict I've ever had.
The next time I went in after ghee moved in and it was not the same. Service was different, food was okay, and my Benedict was no longer availiable to order.
Went for breakfast today as our usual breakfast spot a few doors down was unexpectedly closed. This was not a good experience.
Coffee is horrible-like I've had better gas station coffee.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have pico de gallo in it, and also be on a brioche bun. The sandwich had diced tomatoes, which is obviously not the same as pico de gallo.
And the brioche bun was literally the same Dempster hamburger buns I buy at Costco. For a $15 egg sandwich (with no sides) I was expecting a heartier, better quality home style brioche bun, one that wouldn't fall apart from the sauces and toppings on the breakfast sandwich.
I would have politely let our server know about the disappointment over the food not matching the menu, however she never came back to our table after dropping off the food (there was only one other table dining so she wasn't super busy) not even to ask if it was good, or to offer a coffee refill. She also never came to clear plates or give us our bill.
To top off the experience, when going to front counter to pay since no bill was ever brought, the server asked us to pay our tip in cash- which is a) pretty presumptuous to ask considering tipping is not a mandatory thing and some people don't tip (we are tippers though) and b) super rude and c) awkward as some people don't carry cash.
Overall would never go back. Go to L'Arche tova a few doors down for an amazing breakfast, for half the price, fantastic service, and delicious coffee-and nobody will ask you to tip in cash before even giving you a bill! Plus, they support youth and adults with developmental disabilities so it's a local business we love supporting.

Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. I had the evening restaurant. Bit of a weird menu with Indian, Mexican, and Indo-chinese... And then eggs and bacon breakfast in the morning? Ordering online was not a good experience. There were issues with the menu not matching what was available, they had two restaurants for the one location with different menus, and it impacted the service when it came to ordering. What I ordered wasn't available and they replaced it with something else completely different without confirming with me.Regardless, it was absolutely delicious. If their menu was edited and if I ate inside I could imagine it being 10/10. The replacement meal was really good as well.

One of the worst food I ever had, management also not good they cheat staff to giving salary, in front of me 4 to 5 staff is asking for salary but they didn’t give them and start fighting with them, it’s my request to all off you kindly do not support such kind of restaurant owner.specially they cheat students and threaten them if you will say any thing we will file a case against you and deport you from Canada.Even I made a video that day and soon I am going to upload that video.
I took my children for a bite to eat today. I had been there once before and enjoyed it immensely however today was a different case. Last time the hashbrowns were delicious but today they were the thinnest hard and greasy McCain style patties I have ever had. Also my scrambled eggs were wayyy over cooked. They had a brown crust on them. My kids had pancakes, nothing special. Definitely not worth the price for the meal we received. I love supporting local but unfortunately I won’t be back. I will say that there was a man with a beard who was quite nice. Maybe dinner is better but my basic breakfast wasn’t up to par. Considering L’arche Tova is just down the street and fantastic I think they need to step it up a bit.

We ordered as we had heard great things and unfortunately we didn't even get to try the food. The 1st bite into our breakfast burrito produced a large hair along with the second bite.Needless to say we threw everything out as we were appalled. One hair is an accident. Two in the same dish is a problem.I will edit to say the customer service was great. They contacted me and tried to make it right. Unfortunately you don't get a second chance to make a 1st impression and we likely won't be back.
Tried Chole Bhature. The food is tasty and service is good. They have lot of Indian sweets and snacks too.The coconut ladoos are yummy! Will be back.

My friends and I visited the sugar cane a couple weeks ago for breakfast. We were all excited to go and catch up because we hadn't seen each other in awhile. Unfortunately, the whole experience was terrible. I will not go into great detail, however, mixed up and forgotten orders to the point where one of us was left with no food pretty much sums up our experience. I was extremely disappointed. Now with this being said please don't be afraid to give them a chance. We went on a busy day and I do hope this is not a common occurrence just be aware to be on top of your order and your receipt.
