Great coffee and matcha. The shop owners (we guess) are so nice. We love the atmosphere there but did not have a chance to stay longer. Will visit again.

Their southern fried tofu sandwich is amazing! My sister introduced me to this place, and I'm excited to recommend it to others. Thank you for making delicious, healthy food.

I have been to Thyme for lunch and for coffee. The sandwiches are delicious. The baking and sweets are as well. The coffee is great and comes in large cups, big portions. I love the cozy atmosphere.

Had the Thyme Burger and the Coconut date square. So delicious and reasonably priced. And the cozy bookish atmosphere was so homey and relaxing. The only downside is that it isn't in my neighborhood !

I have been a regular here for years! Here are 3 reasons:1) Fresh, Healthy, Tasty, Local, scratch-made, all Vegan menu.2) Amazing cost/portion ratio!Or in otherwords, Relatively cheap compared to every other place that has local, homemade vegan food. Both my wallet and my belly ALWAYS leave full.3) Owners Jason + Sandra are some of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met. Not only are they willing to chat when they have time, they are authentically and genuinely interested in the lives of their customers and their community. They are always happy to share EXACTLY what is in the food, (because they have nothing to hide) without having to dig through a freezer to check the ingredients label (like the bigger restaurants.) They can do this because there are no labels; They make everything themselves! You won't find GFS or Cisco logos around here!If eating a vegetable burger or trying "fake cheese" makes you feel uncomfortable or lacking, this place WILL change your mind!??Forever Grateful for lovely little gems like these.Dietary restrictions: EVERYTHING IS 100% VEGAN.Almost everything can be made Gluten-Friendly.Kid-friendliness: Lots of books to keep a kid occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: It's doable

Cute cafe with delicious vegan food in St Boniface. It's a very small space where they also sell books. There are a few tables but it can be difficult to find a seat since they are tasty.I was told the chef used to cook at mondragon that used to be in the exchange district. I used to frequent that place a lot.The maple sandwich was very good. 4.25 stars. They were very generous with the filling, but it was a bit strong in flavor. The tofu snack we got as a starter was nice. 4 stars. I would have personally preferred if it was a bit harder or crunchier? On the outside... But the flavor and the sauce it came with was excellentThe black beans and butternut squash was pretty standard. A solid item. 4 stars. They sell pastries from le Gato.(another bakery in Winnipeg). I couldn't tell that they were vegan, at least not the croissants that I ordered. I'm not sure if this is relevant, but they were sourdough croissants.Parking is available on the street for free if you can find a spot. It was a little bit difficult today on a Thursday for lunch.

Friendly and cozy. Sat down for a Cronut and coffee and ordered a take out sandwich. Delicious. Paid by debit but didn't notice an option to tip before it went through so I owe them a healthy tip next time (no cash with me) they certainly deserve it. Thank you for the great service and a chance to catch up with a friend without feeling rushed.

Beautiful, cozy, feels like home a unique place. The food is delicious, the muffin is the best I've ever had. But the most standing out is the friendly service. I highly recommend visiting and will visit again soon myself.

A good place to get cozy. Good vibe with books all around you which are also available to buy. Got a Cappuccino which was definitely too bitter!Good place to visit if you want to relax or catch up with a friend. Not so sure about the coffee.

Owners are super kind! The atmosphere is so cozy, my favourite kind of old charm. Great music and book selection. The homemade pastries and dishes are incredible. All of their beverages are made with high quality ingredients and care that is very apparent in the product you receive. This is my favourite cafe in Winnipeg to sit by myself and stare out the window while I ponder.
