Amazing service fast

Went thru the drive thru to get some coffee and breakfast for a family visit. The drive thru was packed no fault of theirs but when it came to get to the window they were rushing us to go with an incomplete order. They had to be reminded on a missing latte. We drove out of the drive thru due to still being rushed just to find out that they gave us a double double instead of the latte.

Today i just pick up coffee from drive thru. I parked my car near and give my order then no body speak up i 3 times say hello hello hello and my order was not shown on screen i drive ahead drive thru windows opens one girl was standing their i said politely my order i said i didn’t hear back she in rude tone said we speak u don’t speak
I was the one listening outside or u check you headsets or repair your speakers

Complaint About Overcharge and Refusal to Refund

Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service,

I am writing to formally report an issue I experienced at king Edward location. I was overcharged for my purchase. I brought the mistake to the attention of the cashier,receptionist immediately, but they refused to provide a refund or resolve the issue in any way. It’s really not about money it’s about the attitude. The staff should give refund directly or compensation at first place. But what they do just ignore the issue and customer. The staff said “ you already paid we will help you next time” excuse me why this time you should fix it and you push everything to next time. Very mad about their attitude and poor customer service. They don’t care about customers all they do just take customer one by one and get things done ASAP.

This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I expect fair treatment and proper handling of billing errors.

Give the lady with short red hair who was working the drivethru this morning a promotion! She was so sweet and friendly. I have not had good service at any Tim Hortons in what feels like years. But this lady made my day by just being kind and not rushing me through and basically throwing my food at me to go fast. It goes a long way! Thank you for doing good work girl!
