This store is my regular haunt now that I've realized that Starbucks was costing me twentybucks.
It's a regular Tim's, clean, efficient, etc. But the stand out feature of this location is that they haven't got my order wrong. I'm sure it will happen, but it hasn't yet..

Last Saturday i went tim Horton and i ordered vegge wrap and wedges with ice coffee that was amazing and their staff provided excellent and fast service… i wanna say to everyone should go their and enjoy the excellent experience .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service my colleagues and I received at your establishment on Feb 5 2026.
We arrived and placed an order for dine-in. At no point during the ordering process were we informed that the dining room would be closing shortly. One member of our party received their meal at 10:54 PM, and the final meal was not served until 10:58 PM. Immediately after receiving our food, we were told we had to leave because the dining room closed at 11:00 PM.
This was extremely inconvenient for us as we only needed 10 minutes to eat before heading to our next job. Furthermore, when we questioned the timing, a staff member showed us a schedule on their iPad indicating a closing time of 11:59 PM, which directly contradicted what we were being told verbally.
Had we been informed of a 11:00 PM closure before paying, we would have chosen to eat elsewhere. Instead, we were left with no time to finish our meals and felt disrespected by the staff’s handling of the situation.
I hope you will look into this lack of communication and the discrepancy in your posted hours to ensure other customers do not have the same experience. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address this.
