3rd bad experience. This is one of the worst Tim Hortons in Winnipeg. Amazing location, but the staff is always lazy and has an attitude problem. No matter what time of the day you come here. Ordered steeped tea last night, which was absolutely disgusting water down, no sugar, and not even close to fresh. Tried contacting guest care, but the wait time was too long on the phone. Have to wait at least 25-35 minutes to reach the customer service agent.

My favourite Tim Hortons. I can go to two different ones but I will always choose this one as it is the staff and the environment that make worth visiting. There are many people I can give shout outs too but I don't know all their names! Lourdes and the manager Michele have always been so kind!!! Honestly..... Not kidding you - this is the best Tims because it is the staff that brings me through the door. ☺️

I have an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons especially at drive through. Staff is so friendly. Mostly I goes there in evening time, window person named Gagandeep was so friendly as always. I think everyone should visit this place because of their good customer service and food.

Twice now I order one thing and get another instead they can't take your order properly and when they get it right on the screen they give u something totally wrong and u have to sit there and wait for everything they don't understand what your saying more than half the time. The service is the shots and if u go inside its even worse i quit going to this place before now I'm going to find another one I gusse. To the person who got my sandwich I hope u enjoyed it because I didn't !

Ordered double toasted bagel and the gave this burnt bagel, when went there to show them the guy said this is how they make it. We asked to get toasted croissant they said they don’t have any available and no potato wedges (8:05PM). Don’t know what kind of management are they doing there WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. POOR MANAGEMENT.
