My pumpkin latte was barely even warm. Bagel was supposed to be toasted barely warm. Asked for very little ice in drink but there was lots. Tim Hortons is really getting lousy. Time to find a new coffee place. Why is it that each Tim Hortons makes the same thing differently.

It's coffee. Somethings definitely wrong if you screw that up
Went inside ordered a bagel double toasted and coffee with one milk. No smile no greeting just a angry face. I ordered bagel barley toasted coffee was black. I mentioned its wasnt what i asked for. Had to explain it 4 times line up behind me growing. Can the cashiers be properly trained ? Can we have a smile. Tim hortons is going down the drain.

Very fast Service!
Gurpreet Kaur, the girl wearing goggles, gave me excellent service. She was very polite, friendly, and attentive to details. Her positive attitude made the whole experience truly pleasant.

I just got a pizza from this place it’s cold and not cooked properly and they charged me for the dip as well but didn’t gave anything. And the girl was also rude such a disgusting experience.

I’m beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons location. Honestly, this has been the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.
Not once, but twice now they’ve messed up my order—and it’s not a small mistake. They verbally confirm everything like it’s all correct, but then they don’t punch it into the screen, so I have no way of confirming what’s actually being processed.
Then when I get to the window to pay—surprise, it’s wrong. Again. Missing items, and I’m left standing there trying to figure out why I even trusted them in the first place. So now I’m stuck driving all the way back, wasting my time and gas, just to fix their mistake.
And the worst part? Instead of helping me, the staff argues with me, claiming I never ordered what I very clearly did. It’s insulting. There was zero accountability, no apology, no professionalism—just attitude and blame-shifting.
I’m not just upset—I’m seriously disappointed. I expect better from a brand as big as Tim Hortons. Where’s the customer service? Where’s the satisfaction guarantee?
Tim Hortons, do better. This location needs a serious reality check in how they treat paying customers.

Compared to all the other Tim Hortons I've been to, this is the best for customer service by far! It's the small things that go a long way and I always appreciate a kind employee!
