Parking: Just coffee, take out was very busy, so I went inside to order. 3 people on take out, only one on inside service. One coffee black, the other with cream. When the person with black tried their coffee she said it tasted sweet as if there were sugar added. They stirred both coffees with the same spoon.neither one should have had sugar. (Diabetic)

Very disappointed in the speed of counter service. Walked in and had to wait ten minutes to be served with only person ahead of me. Took them five minutes to serve him and then another five minutes to get to me. At the same time they were serving the vehicles non stop. If you only want to serve drive thru customer plainly then lock the doors. Walk in customers are customers too.

This is the cleanest Tim Hortons and best ambience I saw . Floors are clean , tables are clean and organized, washroom are clean as well. People who are working there are nice as well. Keep up the good job!

If you wanted to colonize Mars, all you would have to do is put a Timmy's up there and Canadians would drive to it.
This is not one of those Timmy's. Without exaggeration, this is the worst Tim's in Winnipeg. Poorly organized, terrible communication skills, running back and forth handling complaints.
In one visit, out of the 5 basic items we ordered, 2 of them were completely wrong. Literally saw one of the workers forget what station she was working at. Saw a person leave without their order out of pure frustration. Line up out the door.
If this weren't a Tim's, this place would have gone bankrupt years ago.
We went through the drive-thru on Friday morning probably about 8:00 a.m. it was very busy, but understandable. The line went through pretty quickly and the service that we received was very friendly and was awesome. The coffee was very good m. Fresh and creamy and perfect just the way I ordered it. The only issue we had was that they put the cream cheese on my bagel but there was hardly any cream cheese on there whatsoever. The one half of my bagel had very little cream cheese on it. Disappointing. 4/5
