If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I've stopped here twice now and the first time I walked out because they couldn't understand basic instructions. The second time I ordered 3 items. A coffee, hot chocolate and timbits. I had to repeat my order 3 times to which they still got it wrong. The person working the drivethru was extremely rude and gave me sass when I explained to her she forgot my coffee after giving my order 3 times at the speaker. She didn't apologize for her mistake and stood with her back toward the window when I tried speaking to her. The timbits are also extremely dry. Avoid this tims if you can.

Great location.clean facility.Servers actually look at you when handing over the food/drinks.Many other locations they are too busy speaking to their coworkers in another language and don't even look at the customer when dealing with them.
